How do people get these snake pets? I only get horses..

its from the IT box, theres a chance to get a pet instead of an item

Yesterday I got one laptop and one phone, but when I came on today I had all three laptops and all three phones seemingly randomly added to my items. Was this supposed to happen?

yes! the full set was supposed to be given when you initially got them. staff added the full set to the accounts who had already adopted and only received one.
