I'm curious about the drop rate for the animal eggs. I wonder if Animal Egg 100 has a "lower" drop rate in comparison to the other eggs due to how elusive its been. I feel as if this would be an interesting factor to consider when valuing banner items/pets.

I’ve seen a lot of discussion about this, and I was almost inclined to agree that egg 100 had a lower drop rate as I hadn’t gotten one while I had gotten around 4-5 of egg 99… but then I got two in a short span of time so I feel like the rarity of egg 100 is to do with trading demand alone, being the big 100th egg and all.

I initially thought it was statistically rarer, but over time I think it's more to do with it being a milestone egg based off of the site mascots, which inherently would make it much more in-demand and popular. If it was just like the other eggs and only based off of a regular pet, I don't think we'd be seeing so many people talk about needing it. For example, I'm sure plenty of people are still missing the dog animal egg, but we rarely see anyone talking about it because it's not a design that really stands out as much as egg 100.

Out of 275 I did not get either egg 100 or the rainbow egg. Those I had to trade for.

Then I might hit it after all. But it's still weird they raised it on the last day.

Aw, if they hadn't raised the limit I might've hit it for the first time ever this year. Alas, I don't have time to now, not even if I were able to get a token exactly every 20 minutes

The rainbow one was actually the first one I got after about 100 banners. I have clicked over 200 banners so far and only hit 5 animal eggs, the only duplicate being 102. I have not found 100 nor have i been able to trade for it.

Me and my sis both hit the limit again.. with our egg totals.. being this :

My egg count: Egg 97 x2, Egg 98 x2, Egg 99 x1, Egg 100 x0, Egg 101 x1, Egg 102 x3

My sisters egg count: Egg 97 x4, Egg 98 x4, Egg 99 x3, Egg 100 x0, Egg 101 x1, Egg 102 x3

I found 119 banners in total, 112 of them were tokens and I got seven animal eggs.

I found 68 banners, and I believe 4 were eggs, 1 rainbow, 1 squid, 1 cat, and 1 totoro. I think my rng may be a little..broken 0.o what's everyone else gotten?

I clicked 155 banners, my animal egg count was
97=2, 98=0, 99=2, 100=1, 101=1, 102=2 .
Pretty even across the board.
