What is the energized crystal for?

So you all know how in order to get tokens you need to click "You found something on the ground" at the bottom of the page. Well I haven't been seeing that at all for the past 2 days. So I am unable to collect sample tokens. Anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Well it sounds like you've hit the limit! which is apparently 200-250 tokens? I think?

There isn't any issue with token hunting right now that I'm aware of. Whether a banner shows up or not is completely by chance, sometimes it can take a while. Its usually easiest to hunt on a page that short without any images on it, and keep reloading the page till a banner shows up. The archives or time page work well for this. I personally prefer the time page since you can keep clicking the time on the bottom bar to reload the page, and if a banner comes it'll push that bar down so you don't accidentally click past a banner.

Certain pages will not get a banner (like 'my posts'), but there is a message where the banner should be that lets you know that.

You will also not be able to get any more banner if you have hit the banner limit, in which case there will be a message where the banner would be saying you've collected everything you could for now.

What is the energized crystal for?

It is not used for anything yet.

I'm now at 48 digs and 10 pets, haven't found another journal page thus far, though.
I've been taking it slow this year so I've not hit any limit, but I've completed my first hoard on my own, and I'm quite satisfied with that.
Up side to solo shifts at work is definitely that it's easier to sneak online and grab banners in between, haha.

Now, if my luck for getting dodos would increase a little, that would be a treat, lolol

Hey, sorry if this is a dumb question, but how do you find out how many digs you've done and pets you've gotten? Is there a counter or would I have to have been counting myself since the start?

If the timer reset then you did get something from it (either a token or a journal page). You probably double clicked by mistake which is why it gives you an error message.

Probkem is it doesn't say what I got under my trades, it says the last banner item I grabbed was earlier in the day, so I didn't get anything from the banner even if I double clicked it :/

Actually now that I look It doesn't say I've gotten anything from banners since 7 am CS time, not sure if it's all broken then or what is going on but the other banners have shown me what I got despite not telling me under my trades :/

Collecting banners does not show up under your trade logs. Only trades with NPC's for items/pets will show up as a trade in your logs. If you clicked a banner or even double clicked it and got the timer reset, you will have received either a token or the journal page. If you were keeping tabs on how many tokens you have, you'll be able to figure out which one you received. ^^

I have a question. Why are people trying to get multiple of the journal pages?
