I don’t see why people don’t like other people hoarding banner dogs. You’ll get one eventually through the banner

Is literally no big deal. I don’t know why people are making a fuss.

The issue is that there's no guarantee we'll get one at all, and there's people that have a ton of spares that they're just keeping to themselves. There's a small chance of getting them from the banner; it's definitely possible to not get one at all.
