In which present I found this dog without head but he has got green dice?

It's a so-called banner pet, meaning you can get it by clicking banners! :) They're more uncommon finds than the tokens, though, so you'll need a bit of luck.

When does day 2 pets come out? And so on? Like around what time each day does it change? And how do i get the green and black dog?

We won't know for sure until it happens (or doesn't) but generally in the last few Halloween events there've been more than one. (:

Even if it turns out rare, it will only be worth up to 3C$. The demand is high for it at the moment because not a lot of people have clicked enough banners to have doubles for trading, but the demand will drop as the event goes on and there are more to go around. (:
