Accessories -> Scarves, Ties & Neckerchiefs -> first page

Try to look at page 7(maybe 6 maybe 8), at least mine are there.

It's a split growth from this rat:

Meaning, some of those black rats were already fully grown, others were still growing and later turned into the one you posted.

I'm not entirely sure - someone posted a cage last night in the outcomes thread, though, so I think they were suggesting they still have one. Maybe someone who actually has one will read this and enlighten us? : )
