@kissedbyabird it makes perfect sense to me..? it says that the token trade-ins are nearly over, not the summer event.


i'm not too sure though, english is not my best subject oops

This is correct English. The subject-verb agreement is correct because the subject is "trade-ins"

You want your predicate to agree with the subject, not the object of a prepositional phrase! "Event" is part of the prepositional phrase "for our Summer Event"; take it out and you're left with "token trade-ins are nearly over"

(Actually there's a comma splice in there but I've given up on those)
