Their side is worth about a mid '10 rare, they'd need to add a small handful of uncommons for the trade to be fair for the cat alone (2-3 '16 uncommons for example). They'd need to add aditional pets if they wanted the fox

Your dog is worth 8-9 2009 rares. First one is only worth 2 and the second is only worth 3, so both are unfair to you.

The joker demand wise is usually valued at a non; of course this varies per person
The trade depends on how you and your partner value the UR Fox. It's still a pretty new pet being actively hunted by plenty of users so it's really between partners. If your partner values the fox at a non or higher than it would be fine by itself to swap with the joker
If they value it between a Spotted Tribal and UR Holly, then you'd just need the fox + nonballoon and the other pets could be removed from your side
