about how long does it take for a dec 18 to get it's actually rarity ? (so you can see the rarity)
supposing if the pet doesn't have any other stages

I'm 99% sure that as soon as it stops growing, it gets its rarity. So if you got, say, a UR Tiger Dog, it would have its rarity immediately. I'm not sure about new URs though.

Yes, it's possible to get any pet that is rare and above, as long as it isn't a store pet! (I don't believe there are any OMGSR store pets anyway, though I could be wrong)

Every OMGSR pet is available in the box yeah - there aren't any OMGSR store pets (and probably won't be for a while yet).
Store pets are the only pets not rereleased!

Because the pets are already in the archives (except for new URs) they will have their rarity as soon as they're grown. You can also check to see what possible outcomes each pet will have if you can find it in the archives!

there is an OMGSR store pet - the skelebun c: but they aren't re-released, yes. that's why they only increase in rarity.
