so, apparently when i first went to herringbone, i quickly went to interview him, then when i went to cuttler, i noticed he gave out more of the letters, i went back to herringbone which apparently had let me interview him again, i went to to my items to see if i got two of the glowing letter, which surprisingly i did!

im not sure if this is a glitch or normal, please tell me which

You can't hand in the new glowing envelope, since there's nothing interesting in Herringbone's interview to report back to Cuttler.

Mr. Herringbone just makes a few hmphs and sighs. Not sure if this interview is worth giving to Cuttler. I think I'll just keep it.
