Hi, this is my first CS Christmas, my girlfriend got me into the site. What exactly is all this Dec 18th talk about? My gf is super excited, she's been here since 2012 and explained it to mw, but I still don't really understand why it's so exciting? Like, I know what happens and everything, but I see everyone counting down...don't you have the full 24 hours to adopt these pets?

Yes, you do. It is just that you can get very rare pets on this day. Let me try to simplify it. Would you want to wait more then 24 hours for a million dollars?

I don't know why but i'm like scared for the lag but I really wanna adopt my pets straight away even though it's gonna be super laggy.

I know everybody is still freaking out because of December 18th coming, but how about we just ignore that for a second. What is your guy's favorite pet so far? Mine has to be this guy.

Mine would definitely have to be this lovely GUPPS! I loved the PPS pup for a long time,
and to see it grown was super exciting! I've always been a sucker for neon colors- especially
neon blue- and love its design. ♥

Anyways, I'm super excited for Dec 18th! This technically would be my 3rd 18th, and
I hope I get some cuties this year! I don't really mind rarities and all that, but it'd be a bonus.

Yes, every year on Dec 18th we break the record of most players playing at once, It is the most popular day, and a lot of people will be posting and adopting at once, so it will be lagging a ton.

Its gonna be laggy the most people come on when its december 18th last year on december 18th 4588 people were on but for this december 18th it might even go higher!
