What is an off-account pet?

An off-account pet is a pet that you adopt when logging off your account. Many people adopt them on December 18th just for fun or to see what other possibilities they could've gotten c:

Hello! I had a question - I heard of pets called "off account" pets - How many "off account pets" will you be able to get? *(I know the adoption limit for normal account is 3)

You can get as many as you want off account since there is no way of actually transferring them to your account. :") I never knew you could adopt off account, so I plan to have fun with that this year!

For off account pets, if the same pet keeps getting adopted off account over and over will the rarity be able to lower?

No, those pets aren't counted for the rarities.

what would be the best to offer for the new URs??

Usually the URs will go for a high main list (like a sorbet) to a non dog above the gap when they first come out. But really it depends on the person and what the pets are honestly. *I'm not saying that's exactly what you should offer but that's typically what people pay for them. they won't even have a set value for a few months anyway though.

i'm super stoked for december 18th today!! this is my first december 18th here on chicken smoothie, and i've been hyped up ever since i heard of it back in february. i can't wait to see what the advent calendar has in store for me, and hopefully luck is on my side hehe

although it is sad to hear that a lot of you can't adopt this year due to joining less than 3 months ago, i definitely understand why they have that rule. if i were them, i'd probably have put the same rules, honestly. it's for the best.
if you want to test your luck and get multiple pets, just adopt off-account pets instead. although you won't be able to trade them, you'll still technically have them in your possession. think of it kinda like having a super rare pet but just locking the group, i guess.

nobody is quite sure of the rarity of the urs when they are just released. whatever you think would be a good offer for them as of tomorrow, you can offer for them. unless you want to wait a little bit and see what they're truly worth. i feel like a lot of people may be overpaying for them, so maybe it's safe to wait.

There is no limit for off account pets. But you can only adopt 1 at a time
