Was this our final rollover where we could adopt new pets?

Lilian Nightshade wrote:*cracks fingers* Time for some more alien biology info. I was just waiting for U'voo's release to post the rest. I hope you guys enjoy this pointless babbling XD.
The idea for this alien species was actually very similar to that of an alien design I posted in my DA some time ago. In fact this pet was created first and I put so much thought in its concept it inspired me to design that creature later ^^.
Anyway, as you can see U'voo's species is eyeless, but the lack of sight is compensated by his very advanced sense of smell. This is visible in the rows of extremely sensitive nostrils lining both sides of his neck, the crazy amount of nostrils keeps him alert of the slightest scent changes in the air from all directions, which makes it really hard for any predator to sneak up on him. The creatures which predate on this species are usually able to change their scent to match a harmless animal or plant.
They are very social and like to move in herds, feeding on the nectar of large, colorful flowers with their long tongue. There are two small heat sensors on their forehead, but these have a very limited range and thus aren't very practical to look out for danger. Instead the main purpose of the sensors is recognizing fellow herd mates and reading their body language for communication, given this species is very quiet.
Ah the mantis cat, also known as the jerk that killed my retinas.
These guys are very sneaky predators, using their very flexible pincers and claws to climb up trees and then hang on its branches. I imagine all these aliens living in a world with very colorful foliage(hence why they are so vibrant), and this species's colors help them blend perfectly with the environment as they stalk potential prey. Once the target is under reach, they tackle it and inject a paralysing toxin in its blood with a deep bite.
The thanator ponies are bulky omnivores, though they have a preference for fish. Speed isn't their forte, so it's much easier to hang out by a stream to catch fish than chasing down prey with his chubby feet. Their large, bony jaws really come in handy not only for holding fish in place, but for breaking bones and the hard shell of fruits and seeds they like to eat as well, pretty much like a parrot.
This species is mostly aquatic, being able to hold their breath for about 40 minutes. They often bury themselves in sand underwater with their blue crest sticking out like some sort of coral. Once their prey swims by, they stun it with their electric tendrils and them happily munch on it. Sometimes they wait for prey against strong water currents, and so use their tails, claws and tentacles to keep a fierce grip on the rocks and corals nearby and stay in place.
