Yes, the limit currently is 240. There is always a limit to keep aggressive banner hunters form endlessly collecting tokens and allowing others to catch up

Yes, I believe the limit currently is at 240. But the usually raise it the last few days of the event.

Yes there is a limit but you probably won't hit it unless you're trying. It's usually around 250 or 300 banners.
