Banners are only giving me the tall drinking glass :( I can't even get any of the new cats :( :( :(

Banner tokens seem very confusing this time

You have to go to the Greenhouse and trade in the banner tokens for flowers/mushrooms, and then bring those to Andromeda in the Lobby.
She will give you the machine parts that you can then trade in for the cats and rats with Az'it in the Lab c:

I've gotten the same two flower and mushroom from trade-in 3-4 times in a row now
Do you think it'd be a flower or mushroom I can trade in for parts? Nope

The Summer Event always has a lot more tokens than the Easter and Halloween ones, but it's less confusing if you take the time to read through the texts on the event pages to see what can be used where.

For example, if you go to the lobby you can see that the text for Andromeda's latest trade-in states that she will give you the machine parts, and when you go to the lab, Az'it asks you to pick up the machine parts from the lobby.
So you've got all the instructions you need right there c:

I'd also not be too disappointed yet over getting the "wrong" kinds of flowers or mushrooms; they may not be useful yet, but it's entirely possible that they will be needed for a different quest later.
We're only on day 2, there's gonna be a lot more trade-ins as the event goes on^^

Yeah. First year I freaked out a bit over the token swapping for other tokens and trading stuff around. It was a bit overwhelming for my simple self. But now that we're a few years in here I usually catch on pretty fast. Lol. I love how the summer events is story based and a good bit more intricate without being totally overwhelming and complicated.
You have to work a bit. But it's well worth the effort. ^_^

Yeah I know haha :'D I just need the other items right now, I'd rather not get behind on what's needed right now even if I can use what I am getting later. just feels like a waste of tokens + time if I don't get any variety or anything, but I also just woke up and could just not be thinking completely straight either.
It's just the exact same two items. With more to choose from a different combination would be nice - even if they are unusable this second, still.
And 4 times in a row too. That's just bad luck ;0;

I'm just worried that I wont have enough time to get them and thy will take them down when we fix the tower (please no) I want to get one of everything! How do you people get so many tokens?? I've seen someone with over 100 on a pet- and they still have every outcome so far ¡?¡
