If you hit the limit (currently 200) you won't be able to get tokens anymore. I don't know how this works exactly, but I think you will either get no more banners at all or no tokens after you klick them. Most likely first option.

the banner limit is the full number of tokens/items that you can get by clicking the banner. You cannot find any more banners after you have reached the limit, right now it's at about 200.
