I feel like on the last day of the event they should lower the wait time for banners so all the behind people can catch up and get all the pets?

Maybe, but then the people who have a ton of time would get a tonnn of pets comparing to the people who were behind etc.

This true but the people that do have time probably already reached the banner limit so it would let the people who haven't reached the banner limit have time to reach it and get their desired pets <3
