Apologies if this has been asked before, but I'm curious. What happens if you try to start the double candy thing when you've already hit the limit, or if you hit the limit in the middle of your three hours of double banner prizes? Does anyone know?

The double candy banner does not count towards you banner limit. Even those that have hit the limit can still participate without penalty.
