Even though everything has a rarity I'm still going to miss the PPS fox since everyone wants overpay and I'm not overpaying >.>

The thing with cleo is that everyone got her, there was no chance or fight for her so imagine if everyone got her that is registered on the site, she'd be a omg so common i reckon or at least a common cause she is in fact common.
the pps kitten was a bit unsure of to be honest because i found two easily , the insects were easy to get so higher chance of people getting said kitten and with demand going higher more people look for that one pet and bam, lower rarity on the spot.

For anyone new on the site or to these events. I highly recommend thinking in the long run. I have never seen a VR event pet and i'v been around for a bit even if im on hiatus i take time to do the events. if you're desperate, keep trying to get it yourself because chances are the rarity is not a high as you may think it is, highest is a rare from experience and the more people joining the lower that may get. Look at the rats from 2 years ago? or was that more, still common as muck.
I was nearly going to trade 10 cows for one horned cow, so glad i didnt, that would have been a right kick in the teeth.

There are very rare event pets, but they're like 4-5 years old X3

New event pets usually ends up being common, uncommon or rare depending on if they're free pets, token pets and how hard they are to obtain from trade ins.
So a free litter of pets like the foxes usually turns out common and token pets that are pretty difficult to get, like the calves usually turns out rare.

I know, how does the rarity system work again? (Serious question btw)

I traded off so many cows to be fair and with just ONE cow I was already overpaying.

I also feel really bad, because This was the trade i sent for my PPS fox, when it was an unknown, and it turned rare
And many people were trading old Rares/very Rares for it

I guess I get to mark this as event three(two summer events and a Halloween one) where I don't manage to get all the pets. It will be nothing short of a miracle to find anyone willing to part with the pets I missed. Not for what I have to offer at any rate.

I hate that my vacation falls right smack in the middle of this event because I always miss it cause of, you know, no internet (save for the first day or two) meaning I have jack all to trade for the stuff I miss. And what I do end up having is so common no one wants it. I wish the event fell at the same time every year rather than a randomly chosen date. Like, the beginning of the month or the middle of the month.

Oh i'm well aware XD you have to let those ones stew though but what i meant was on the month of getting them none of them have been very rare from the beginning, obviously things become rarer as they age sometimes but with the fox its just liek a normal adopt. You get a monthly adopt andsometimes there is a rare in it so i don't really see how it's hard to not see why its rare. I had to trade my brother for it.
The calves were horrid though, i found that they were the hardest to get with those only full set bricks and 8 of them T^T
