It's when a pet becomes PPS at the first stage, rather than the second.

I stopped using my tokens for anything other then Sand Cats now. I can just trade for them, like I'm doing. Although, I need bricks to get cows..

Bricks that aren't broken are so hard to trade for though. o.O; I think it's because everybody is looking for them.
