This happens every event but I'm gonna say it again c:
These events aren't supposed to be easy, if they were the pets wouldn't be worth anything.
Just remember that if the event is harder the pets will be worth more!
A lot of the Faire pets are still only uncommon because they were easier to get, even though they're 3 years old now!
I'm sure Tess and Nick know what they're doing now and will tweak the rates that items/pets are given out at if they see fit.

That being said I'm glad to have more than one type of banner item now! c:
