There's a summer event every year, so yes? Unless you mean the dream stuff. In that case I'd say probably not. c;

Personally I just wanted something to have been said about who won and who lost, or if it was a tie. I mean the armies were VERY close all the way to the very end, they could have said that both sides came to an agreement and ruled together somehow to avoid upsetting anyone. Just something to fully close the event. If they didn't plan on doing that, why ask us to pick a side(or both) and dress up pets to help that army? Why have the bar at the top to see who was winning? I mean I collected 20 nightmare items to help the nightmare side because I wanted them to win, because I thought the biggest army would win. This is how they made the event out to be. So yes I am disappointed they we did not get a proper ending in my eyes.

It leaves a lot of room for people to make up their own stories about how it all happened and this way, neither side is disappointed because they lost. Perhaps the war will never completely end; after all, our pets can still have dreams and nightmares (if you saved any) just like their owners.
I loved this event, especially the light swords (they're the closest thing to a Star Wars lightsaber I can find on here). I don't mind that there was no epic conclusion with pets and/or items. It would just cause one more round of chaos on the swap thread, and knowing my luck I would fail miserably in my goal of ending up with a complete event collection.
I don't care about getting more pets or items, but I would have liked to see some kind of story explaining how things get resolved. It feels kind of pointless to choose sides like that if in the end it doesn't do anything except move a little bar.

Did the bar actually move? To me it looked 50/50 the whole time

I feel as if I waisted trades for the nightmare swords too, especially with no winner. I feel like why did I even bother to collect 30+ of these items, I could have kept the pets
