Why are the items so badly unbalanced? I mean I can see the many complain about only getting flowers and dream dust. Why cant the rest of the items be more frequent or balanced? I myself have huge trouble even getting a single rat and a single firefly in five hours of trying... All I get are flowers and dream sand.

Trust me, I speak from experience when I say there is a case like this during every event. Each new day, people complain about not getting enough of this and having too much of that, and then two days later, it's totally the opposite. I'd be willing to bet that the tokens that are "useless" to some people now will have a good use within a couple of days.

I wonder why we cant trade in flowers everywhere else not just at the mayor. The flowers are so uber common, and the rats are extremely rare of what I saw. Getting six of them for a pet is a pain in the butt and basically impossible. I would like to ask the developers to either change frequency or put flowers everywhere so you can trade them at each section...

yep, but you can get another one after a while

Used my 4 Nightmare dust to try get the armor I'm missing, but of course got all armors I already have xD I have no luck at all, 9th times the charm once I get another Dust. Hopefully the sand pile will be nice to me when I go visit again.

I think rats only seem rarer than others because people are looking to collect them as well as having extras for trading, so that really puts a strain on the available supply. I am not suggesting that rats are just as common banner prizes as flowers, but it really depends on your luck as to which ones you get... I, personally, have been getting more fireflies and nightmares and relatively fewer flowers and dreams, with rats somewhere in the middle, while a friend of mine has been getting tons of rats and flowers, but relatively few fireflies and nightmares. Dream sand is pretty common, I will acknowledge that, but there are already two great uses for it, and I'm sure we'll see more during the next big update.
