Summer Event Discussion

I'm completely okay with no new pets today; I've had plenty of fun with the event.

I am wondering if there will be any free pets like on the Easter event though. This is my first summer event so I don't know how things work out.

I like not having too many new changes, because it gives people a chance to catch up or just stock up on tokens.
That's what I'll be doing. c:
Plus, I can finally get some sleep at a normal time.

Honestly, I'm glad that they haven't added anything new. I'm currently on vacation and I'm sure others are too(some who don't even have Internet!) and I don't have time to search all day. Now I have a day to catch up! although if there is nothing tomorrow, I admit I might be slightly disappointed, but I'm sure that something huge is planned for the castle and lair. Then there will probably be a giant rush and we may regret asking for new things xD

Nothing new again?

To be honest this event is getting really disappointing.
I was fine with yesterday, I managed to collect all the pets and 70% of the items, but today its just sad. :c
These events usually only last a week and its day 4.

Yeah, I know what you mean.. It's kinda disappointing.
Yet, at the same time I was kinda unprepared. XD
Since Ive been kinda lazy with the collecting it gives me some time to
catch up. :3

There was a ton of stuff available at the beginning, many of us are still missing tons of pets and items.

I'm not sure why people would be complaining about this
I think its fair for everyone, especially those who might go on vacation soon or already are coming back from vacation
Plus, you can store up on Tokens and such just in case something big is coming :3
I'm simply spending my time hoarding armor and Gryffins, to pass the time, as I am working on a little project xDD

As far as I remember it isn't much more different than last years summer event. Except there were more places to get free stuff every day then we have now.

For me it's a little boring since I got everything except that last pet and all I need is that cloudy animal thing to trade in for the last lion. But there are still people who only got 5 pets so far because they are at work or school or university. So it's much more fair to them. And everyone else can hoard their tokens so if something new pops up we don't have to hunt for hours again until we get what we want like on the first day.

hmm I have to admit, i was traveling home on the day this all started, and work so it's kinda nice to be able to slowly collect everything I'm missing - shame noone really wants the events items as I dont really use them and no one seems to want to trade for them oh well
