Anyone know which of these seems to be more rare?

I have personally seen less of the second one, but that is just me^^

I second that, I've got 3 or 4 of the purple dog, but only one of the other.
Plus, when you trade in for the purple dog, you have a chance to get two
I would say the second dog is less plentiful, though both are still easy to get.

Actually, I had more trouble getting the purple dog :3
The first dog I got was the nightmare one and I got a double of it the next day.

Actually, if you look closely, the event dog's fur is less thick and has more sharpened spikes :3
