How do you get the pets???

you need to gather the tokens you get from the banners (rat plushs, flowers and fireflies). If you have enough you can trade them in for pets in the shops. The shops you can find if you go HOME first and then you see the event banner and there you have the map, just click the buildings

Hey, for the mayors pets only the EPPs have the PPS sign, but the second stage PPS don't!

I feel like I've waited years to get this one! Now I just need to gather luck and obtain his brother, the black one
(I don't know if it is by random, or if it is by firefly combination- but I traded one of each firefly and got this one.)
