I was wondering the same thing

It probably means that you should ask permission before taking any stamps or art you see on someone's profile. Always check to make sure it's okay with the artist.

yes! i feel like this is the most interactive event ive seen so far in my time playing, and by that i mean i feel like the community is really coming together and having fun with it on this one! it might just be because i used to not be as into trading and forum posting as i am now, but i feel like it's true!

I don't know about avatars (unless they meant unofficial ones, i.e. ones members made), but it sort of is basically art theft.

A custom is usually tied to the owner in some way (example: Tess is known for squids, so if she has a squid custom that is tied to her and only her). Using that custom without permission is basically you just stole the art of it to use without consent.

Same thing with personal art.
