Everyday the outcomes thread is updated. Look at the first page it will tell you which pets come from where and how much they cost. Find it here or just press 'Chicken Smoothie Event Discussion' up top..

Did you check your "Pets Without A Group" section? It might have given you one of the Bracelet Snakes or Pet Rock instead of the token

When does the event end?

As the first page says, it'll likely run for 10 days. This is something you'll just have to wait and see for sure, but once the story is over I believe there will be an announcement detailing exactly when the trade-ins end as well.

This is the banner limit! There's no set time for when the limit will raise, but it does every once in a while. I'm unsure if it will again as I'm not familiar with the typical limits.

I suggest checking the outcomes thread for where to find things. The caterpillar/wooly bear is from the crafts trade in but there are 5 outcomes so assuming they are all the same rate it is only a 1/5 chance. Sometimes it can take quite a few trades to get the one you want when there are that many outcomes. A lot of users are fine with litter swaps though if you don't wanna keep doing trade-ins to get it.
