I'm having trouble with figuring out the reindeer names this year- has anyone already puzzled it out? I feel like Dancer is usually really obvious and I'm struggling

I'm also struggling. I thought I had Comet down but then I saw someone in the swap group say they were missing Comet but had what I was calling Comet so now I have no clue. I've got Cupid and Rudolf down and that's about it lol

Dasher --- Dancer --- Prancer --- Vixen --- Comet --- Cupid --- Donner --- Blitzen

Are there generally accepted characteristics for the reindeer names? I mean, Cupid and Blitzen are probabaly pretty standard, but how do artists decide what to design for ones like Donner? Does that name even mean anything? I genuinely don't know "Santa lore" lol

I looked it up and apparently Donner is German for thunder!

I'm very surprised Donner and Dancer's names aren't switched. The lines on the Donner made me think of sheet music, while the markings on the Dancer make me think of storm clouds
