You get them from the hourly friendship bracelet claim! You just have a chance of getting one of those instead of a friendship bracelet. c:

Above the token exchange, there's a table that you can get a friendship bracelet tokens from hourly. There's a random chance to get the bracelet snakes or the rock instead of a token. (The friendship bracelets are traded for mules with a rabbit in the woods)
