Not at all! The UR grapes go for about 0.5 nons according to this thread, which is the equivalent of 50-75 2009 rares.
On their side, they only have ~2 '09 rares worth (of the 2010 pets) plus the two store pets (each worth about 1 '09 rare), plus some miscellaneous later rares, which doesn't come close to the value of the grapes!

This is unfair to you! Your rat is from 2010 (here) and since it’s so much older, it’s much more valuable than the pets on their side. For reference (in my opinion) usually an early 2010 rare is worth 2 2011 rares etc.
