It's not from this event, I believe it was a monthly pet from a while ago. It's just showing off the new items.

On a more frustrating note I've gotten every one of those cats but the PPS. I'm so tired of wasting tokens for rats. I'm just gonna have to trade for it. *sobs at the thought of demand*
