hey, there was a certain website everyone would use to make character forms? this is one of mine I made a while ago.
I totally forgot what the website was called, but it was super popular and everyone use to make their forms with it.

if you remember pls let me know! I have a reallllly awful memory.

I don't know the name of the website you're looking for, although I should let you know that we haven't allowed these big 'collage' forms in the RP boards for some time now. This is because we don't allow extra decorative/aesthetic images in forms, and so using collages like this is seen as a way of getting around these rules. The only images we allow are one character image and font images used as a header if you wish.
