Are the RP Forums dead?

Now, I can't tell if people are still actively roleplaying here or not because it's like most of the rps I view only get responses one a week or something. I originally came back to CS because of how active and amazing the RP community used to be, are those days truly done? Or am I just not in the right threads?

The forums here have always been bad IMO
To specify since I'll probably get the hammer, I mean the roleplaying ones.

it depends on the forum.
I have an active roleplay i'm in, but we just have set times we reply,
and we talk on discord instead.
some are dead, yes,
but alot aren't. your just not looking in the right places :)
