I Know Expirementation/labratory roleplays arent allowed,
But would a character affected by pollution/Nuclear Plants/Etc be allowed to use?

Hey,
yes - roleplays which are taking place in a post-apolocalyptic word i.e. after a nuclear/natural disaster are fully allowed.
This therefore also applies to characters which could receive powers/mutations as an after-effect of such events.
