If you follow the link in the guide you reach a page that looks like in the picture above.
You can choose the drop-down menu "any license" and there you can select what you are looking for.
Just a little advice if you are using flickr.
Every image as a little information about what you are allowed to do with the image at the right corner under the picture.
Please always click this for more information how you can use the image. Most artists there require that you at least link back to them.
