though ‘home’ may be a strong word for the places she stayed in
brief intervals between fleeing for her life or simply being bored
with her surroundings and seeking some new adventure. From the
age of sixteen, they had developed a habit of disguising themself
as a man in order to join the army, though which army she was a
part of fluctuated through the years, picking and choosing
whichever side she deemed to be fighting for the right cause.
Most of their life was spent on the run, being pursued for being a
witch as well as for various crimes. They used many different names
and identities before finding their way to Lethe. Because of the
constant change in her identity, she was gifted the power of
shapeshifting.
xxx✬ Zenaida’s personality is best described as ambiguous and elusive.
One never really knows how she is going to react when being
approached. At times they can be cold and stoic, a soldier with
a mind only to protect the people of Lethe, but at other times
there seems to be something more malevolent behind their eyes.
Despite her seemingly austere manner, Zenaida is incredibly loyal,
and would easily lay down their life for anyone they deem worthy
of their respect. They are slow to trust, and usually keep things to
themself. They are cunning, courageous, and at times manipulative,
having a skill to get what they want and to get out of things they
don't want.
