Petalpaw trained hard as an apprentice - strategic and skilled, she could face even the toughest warriors in combat. She became a warrior at the tender age of ten moons after passing her exams.

Petalfall was at one point, the youngest warrior in the den, though those days are seasons gone now. She was always one of the cats invited along on patrols, especially if they would likely require a fight. Her focus was entirely on her Clan - she had no time for silly things such as mates and kits. All she wanted to do was serve her Clan, and she did so with every decision she made.
It wasn't until Petalfall was chosen at deputy that she began to wonder what more life had to offer. The queen wasn't old, though she knew she wasn't a young warrior anymore, either. More than one trained apprentices under her belt, she wondered what it would be like to watch a kit that was her own become an apprentice and then a warrior. She was already proud of the apprentices she had trained; wouldn't it being her own kit amplify that? Petalfall decided to have her own litter. She hadn't fallen in love, no; but there were plenty of toms in the Clan that didn't have a mate. Essentially, she decided to just pick one, based on his skills as a warrior, and then make a proposition to him: give her his kits.
It wasn't long before Petalfall became pregnant. The queen never revealed to the Clan who the father was, though that wasn't exactly uncommon - not every queen needed a mate, if she simply wanted a litter. Petalfall gave birth to two toms: Weedkit and Birdkit. Her leader passed before her kits were apprenticed. Leaving them under the care of another queen, Petalfall traveled to the Moonstone and was given her nine lives. She returned to the Clan and her children as Petalstar.
Petalstar returned actively to her duties once her kits became apprentices. She was right: the pride she felt for them now was stronger than what she'd ever felt as a mentor. Watching them succeed made her feel as if every choice she'd made so far had been worth it, though she was still pleased to be able to return to serving her Clan fully.
Unfortunately, the queen's heart was broken one night when her sons traveled out of camp alone. Weedpaw was a small tom, while Birdpaw stood much taller. While they explored at night, the two fell prey to an owl. Taking Weedpaw in its talons, it vanished into the sky, leaving Birdpaw to cry for help. Petalstar chased it as far as he paws could carry her, bit it was no use. Her son could not be saved.
Four moons have passed since Weedpaw's death. Petalstar has delved further into focusing on her Clan to distract herself from her grief. Her mother, Blossomcloud, has recently given up warrior duties and retired to the elders' den. Petalstar always makes sure she's fed.
[b] P E R S O N A L I T Y[/b]
Petalstar is a very strategy-oriented cat. A strong fighter and a skilled hunter, she made a wonderful warrior. The queen focuses on her Clan above anything - perhaps, even, her own family. She loses herself in her work of organizing patrols and assuring their safety, leaving little time for personal things. Because of this, her only remaining son feels a bit unimportant to her.

Whalekit was born into the Clan with his brother, Sturgeonkit. His kithood was decent.

Whalepaw was apprenticed to an unkind tom named Saltwhisker, the Clan deputy. Saltwhisker made training hard; everything that Whalepaw did he did wrong and he was faced with constant criticism. There were moments when he thought he would never become a warrior - but it was the pride in Saltwhisker's eyes when he passed his assessment that made it all worth it.

Following the passing of the leader, Whalewhisker was chosen as his successor at the tender age of twenty moons. In his time as deputy, Whalewhisker lost his left eye. An enemy warrior clawed it out during a battle over on the Clans' border with one another.
At the age of thirty moons, Whalewhisker watched his leader and former mentor die. It was the hardest thing he's had to face, though he had to shove it down immediately, as it was time for him to become the leader of his Clan. Whalestar still has all nine of his lives, as he has not been leader for a very long time.

Whalestar thought it would feel better, he won't lie - being leader of the Clan. No, the tom finds his responsibilities over-bearing, and often worries if he's doing a well enough job at caring for them. While he cares for his Clanmates, he tries not to become too attached to any particular one, keeping only a small circle of his most trusted warriors as his confidants.

Sunkit was born in a litter of three to Firewhisker and Jaywing. His mother had been a kittypet, and shortly after the kits were born, she decided to leave her mate and one of their kits and return home. She took Sunkit's siblings, Jay - after their father - and Blaze back home, returning to her original name of Flare. She'd joined the Clan as a queen, and wasn't particularly missed when she left - she'd been there such a short time, and Jaywing had been breaking the Code in loving her, anyway. It was no surprise when she left, though Jaywing was heartbroken. The tom fell apart but did his best to raise his son.
[b]Apprentice life[/b]
Sunpaw had two mentors during his apprenticeship. The first, Dustfang, was very, very old when they began training, though was too adamant about serving the Clan to retire. he passed from old age. Sunpaw was later apprenticed to a cat who would change his life - Tigerstep. At this point in his life, Jaywing had completely checked out of his son's life. He hardly spoke to him, or any other cat in the Clan, for that matter. Tigerstep became a father figure to him, especially after Jaywing left the Clan to live with his kittypet lover who he'd never gotten over. Sunpaw refused to go with him.
[b]Warrior + life[/b]
Tigerstep was killed by a couple of rogues passing through the territory while hunting alone one evening shortly after Sundrop's apprenticeship ended. The last "family" that Sundrop had left, he was heartbroken. Since, the tom has recovered, though he's become sort of a solo-flyer, afraid to build relationships again only to lose them.
Now, Sundrop serves as the Clans deputy. He was shocked when he was chosen; mostly because he was still in the process of training his first apprentice. He didn't feel like he was worthy; he wasn't the strongest cat in the Clan, or the fastest, or the smartest. Now he's been doing it for moons, and has gained some confidence in his position.
[b] P E R S O N A L I T Y[/b]
Sundrop is a compassionate, caring cat - but he's too closed off to show it. The tom has done his best to work with his Clanmates only on a shallow level, rather than knowing any of them intimately. He doesn't really consider any cat his friend, but he likes it that way - he isn't likely to get hurt. Despite being empathetic, his empathy is usually kept to himself - he's let a cat down more than once by seeming like he doesn't care, when really he does, deeply, he's just awkward about showing it.

When Ravenclaw became a warrior, along with his sister Crowcrest. He had trained hard and earned the name "claw" for a reason - his fighting skills were impeccable. The tom quickly earned the trust of the Clan's deputy, Briarthorn. Briarthorn became his closest friends; the toms were inseparable - even more so once Briarthorn became Briarstar and elected him deputy. Now serving the Clan and next in line for leadership Ravenclaw stepped up his game. It was around that time that he suffered, however. Briarstar had become mates with his sister, Crowcrest. The queen had moved to the nursery in leaf-fall; a bad time to become pregnant. Her kits were born right as leaf-bare began in earnest. She and her litter contracted greencouch, to both Briarstar and Ravenclaw's dismay. Crowcrest and two of their kits died. Both Ravenclaw and Briarstar spent moons grieving; but soon, the excitement of having a nephew took over the grief. He got close to his nephew and even closer to Briarstar for his remaining moons as deputy.
Following Briarstar's death, Ravenclaw became Ravenstar. While he misses his best friend, he has been serving as the Clan's leader for many moons. He has lost the majority of his lives - only three remain.

Blindbriar may have earned her full name, but she knows she still has much to learn from her mentor. The Clan is the most important thing in her life. Cloudedkit had a troubled kit-hood. Her parents, Snailsoil and Silverspots were never happy. Snailsoil felt unappreciated and lonely, Silverspots was cold and unfriendly. Her parents stopped being mates shortly after her birth.
[b]Apprentice life[/b]
Cloudedpaw became an apprentice to a warrior to start off with. She was good at it - skilled and swift, she made quick work of prey and her battle techniques were becoming sharp. Her mother fell ill, though, and it changed her. Her mother only had her, since she and Snailsoil were no longer mates, and he didn't seem even slightly apologetic about it. He never even visited her while she was sick. It created a rift between himself and Cloudedpaw. Cloudedpaw stuck by her side, training forgotten. She spent most of her days in the medicine cat's den, watching over her mother, begging for help. Her mentor, Lilactail, was very understanding, and didn't push her to leave. Her mother passed quietly in her sleep, the medicine cat doing everything she could to ease her pain.
It was when she was ten moons, right after her mother's passing, that she changed her path. She asked NAME to take her on as an apprentice. Now, Cloudedpaw has spent moons relearning everything, and is the Clan's sixteen moons-old medicine cat apprentice.

From birth Mossykit was told she was special. Raised with her brother, Pinekit, she was fortunate enough to have both parents - Fernclaw and Turtlewhisker. Fernclaw was a good mother, though she clearly favored Mossykit. When their eye colors began to develop, Fernclaw and Turtlewhisker found that only one of Mossykit's eyes changed, while the other remained a clear sky-blue. Mossykit often had strange dreams and terrible premonitions that often came true, and it made her a very nervous kitten.
[b]Apprentice life[/b]
Mossypaw and Pinepaw both began their training as warrior apprentices. It was after an injury at seven moons that Mossypaw confided in the medicine cat about her strange dreams and premonitions. The medicine cat took immediate interest in her - his theory was that Mossypaw was chosen by StarClan to be his new apprentice, and that her dreams and premonitions were signs to let him know. He requested that she begin training under him, and after careful consideration, the leader conceded and announced the change in Mossypaw's mentorship. It worked - the dreams and premonitions went away, though the nervousness didn't. For the next ten moons Mossypaw trained as a medicine cat, learning all of the different herbs and practices, as well as strengthening her connection with StarClan. Her mentor often asked her if she was having any dreams or visions or anything to help the Clan, and Mossypaw often felt like a disappointment, since they had vanished the moment she began training. Still, she had a hard time sleeping at night, afraid they would come back. Her first failure came during her apprenticeship, and it was a big one. During a patrol both of her parents were bitten by the same venomous snake. Mossypaw did everything he could, but no medicine cat has access to antivenom, and unfortunately, Fernclaw didn't pull through. Mossypaw put the blame on herself.
[b]Warrior + life[/b]
Mossyoak's mentor, Berrypool, passed from old age less than a moon after giving her the end of her name. Mossyoak spent time grieving, but has recovered since then. Her father has also passed, drowning before any cat could get to him - Mossyoak can't blame herself for this one, as he was dead before they even got his body to camp. Her bond with her brother hasn't weakened, despite becoming more aware of the fact he envied her relationship with StarClan as well as their parents believing she's so special. Mossyoak's nervousness is back in full swing as of late - so are her strange dreams.
[b] P E R S O N A L I T Y[/b]
Mossyoak isn't exactly an unfriendly cat - she's just not great with others. She's very shy and nervous which tends to be off-putting, and she's often spacing off. Bad thoughts tend to consume her. Sometimes she isn't sure what to do with her paws so they end up fumbling over themselves, and she can hardly hold anything for long without dropping it. Her mind moves too fast for her mouth to keep up, so she often finds herself stumbling over words. Mossyoak considers herself to have a good relationship with StarClan. She envies her brother on occasion - being a warrior is dangerous, but there's so much pressure on medicine cats to be able to save every wounded cat that she almost can't take it.

Redfeather always says his life really started when he became a warrior. He dove into his duties headfirst: a strong, upstanding example of a warriors. He loves his Clan...but can any cat really fault a tom for wanting more? Like most toms, Redfeather was at the mercy of his own heart. He fell in love. She fell in love, too. Unfortunately for them, their mateship just wasn't in the stars. He wonders now if that was the right choice - time's hand stops for no one, sadly, and it's far too late for him to go back.
Out of all of this, however, he is left with the most precious thing in his life: Sunpaw. He chose her name because just as a cat cannot survive without the sun's warmth and light, he could not survive without her. He loves her dearly, though he will never reveal to her who her mother is.

Redfeather is overall a pretty normal guy. He has bad days, he has good days. The bad more than others, it seems to him. He's not particularly a negative cat, though he often avoids optimism, simply for the fear of getting his hopes too high. He is not a romantic tom in the slightest; he wouldn't even began to know how to romance a queen if she didn't have feelings for him, too. For now, though, he's likely sworn off romance - he doesn't know if his heart can take another blow.

Rabbitkit was born into a nest with only his littermate, Lostface. The two had been abandoned there: their mother and father were rogues. When their mother was killed, their father left them at the camp, hoping that they would be accepted. The Clans have a duty to help any kits in danger - so they did. Rabbitkit and Lostkit were raised inside the Clan, their parents rarely mentioned.
[b]Apprentice life[/b]
Rabbitpaw and Lostpaw began training. The tom was still very protective over Lostpaw - he was all she had, he loved her dearly. That's when another queen, named Lilypaw, came into his life. Rabbitpaw was infatuated with her, though she never really looked his way.
[b]Warrior + life[/b]
Rabbitfur has only been a warrior five moons. During this time, though, much has happened. Lilypaw became Lilypelt shortly after him. That's when he noticed her sneaking off - almost every single day, always returning with prey, but never seen on the territory. Rabbitfur followed her one day. He was disgusted by what he found. She was in a kittypet home, purring as a Twoleg's paws stroked her, accepting food from them and playing with their toys. The best part? A black tom was at her side, purring and gazing fondly at her. Rabbitfur confronted her. Lilypelt begged him to keep her secret. He didn't. He told the leader, and Lilypelt was told that her loyalties must lie in a single place, with the Clan or the Twolegs. Lilypelt made her choice and left the Clan. Rabbitfur is quite bitter about it still, as it's fresh in his mind.
[b] P E R S O N A L I T Y[/b]
Rabbitfur is a reserved tom. He doesn't socialize much outside of his duties, and certainly doesn't have an interest in queens after Lilypelt. He keeps to himself. He's a bitter cat with a chip on his shoulder - how much of it he put there himself is questionable. He loves his sister dearly, though, and spends time with her everyday.

Finally her mate, Whiskerclaw, gave up on her. He left her. He was killed on a border patrol shortly after their mateship ended, and Sparrowcall still misses him. She's since given up on her plan to have kits and a family, assuming she's infertile.

Stormkit was born into CLAN. His parents did not have a close bond - and he, as a result, did not have a close bond with them. he spent most of his kithood playing with the other kits and sleeping in his nest alone, as his mother returned to warrior duties after he stopped nursing.

Stormpaw's apprenticeship was...quiet. He longed for something more. He didn't like the forest. The tom longed to see what CLAN saw: to rule the top of the mountain, to see everything unfolding beneath him from its peak, to watch eagles soar overhead. One night, he left camp, and headed into their territory. With determination he sought to reach the top, to see what they saw. He would have, too, but he was stopped by a patrol of CLAN warriors. One cat - a great, furious ginger cat with fierce amber eyes - stood out to him. Large and powerful, it was everything he had imagined when hearing tales of the great cats of the jungles and forests. It was no shock that this cat was LEADER, the leader of CLAN. Though having been leader for countless moons and his muzzle graying with age, to Stormpaw, he was still the most ferocious cat in all of the pine forest. As he completed his training, Stormpaw dreamed of hunting on the mountain tops, fighting eagles alongside lions and tigers.
[b]Warrior + life[/b]
Stormeye's life changed long into his warriorhood. His desires to see the mountains had never faded, and he thought every night about how he could escape into the forest and climb to the peak. When his parents had their second litter, it astonished him: he had thought that the two weren't even mates anymore. Now they had fallen back in love, it seemed, and had quickly consummated their matehood once more. Creekit was born, and Stormeye finally realized he had a purpose to stay in CLAN.
That's what he thought, anyway. He adored his little sister and doted on her all of the time, but Stormeye knew that his heart would always belong atop the mountain. The tom set off one night, intent on seeing it. He was stopped by a patrol - a familiar face among them. Now, though, when Stormeye looked at LEADER, he saw a different cat: he looked weak, almost frail. Still his ginger pelt blazed like fire, though patches were unkempt, and his muzzle was all but white. Stormeye unleashed his passion on them, willing to fight the entire patrol to pass. Tigerstar was impressed. He guided Stormeye to the top of the mountain himself. That's when he stopped them, and sat with Stormeye to talk. He told Stormeye that he believed a cat that had his heart hidden in the mountain's peak belonged there - in CLAN. Stormeye returned home with a decision to make. He spoke with LEADER - who was enraged by this. She banished Stormeye from the Clan. Stormeye was forced to leave, without even a goodbye to Creekpaw, who had only just begun training.
Stormeye followed his heart back to CLAN territory. LEADER was more sympathetic too him. His last act as leader was making Stormeye a warrior of PeakClan, as he shortly after passed from age, his deputy becoming Lionstar. Stormeye is still new to the Clan, and is desperate to show he belongs there. His heart feels complete: he's seen the view from the peak, and spends many days up there hunting; he's seen eagles, while dangerous to young cats, soar above the branches. He's never been happier; however, he still misses Creekpaw. His one regret is never being able to watch her become the fine warrior he knows she'll be.

Stormeye used to be a quiet tom. He has changed himself since coming to CLAN. He's more friendly and open, trying to form bonds with cats he'd only ever seen at Gatherings. His work ethic has increased as he knows he must show his Clanmates he's worthy of their trust. Above all, he wants to show he belongs on top of the mountain with CLAN.

Jaykit was born to Mousestripe and Frosteyes along with his sibling, Foxkit. They roughhoused and played together all of their kithood, forming a close bond. Mousestripe retired to the elders' den shortly after his birth, as both of their parents were older when they decided to have kits. He passed before Jaykit could ever really get to know him, so they weren't close, but he loved his mother dearly.

When the two became Jaypaw and Foxpaw, Jaypaw's mother retired to the elders' den, still grieving Mousestripe. Jaypaw visited her everyday, always the first to make sure she was fed. Jaypaw was not - and is not - an easy cat to get along with. Blunt, and honest to the point of cruelty, the grumpy gray tabby didn't spend time with many cats except for his sister. He came to adore another cat during his apprenticeship: Firepaw. The fiery ginger tabby could shoot his own insults back at him faster than any cat, forcing him to respect and admire her.

Shortly after Jaywing and Foxcloud's vigil, Frosteyes passed from illness. Jaywing was heartbroken. The tom had loved her so dearly, and now she was gone. This caused him to grow closer to Foxcloud and, now a warrior, Firewhisker. The tom spent most of his time with her, becoming close. Eventually, he thought she felt the same way, too. She returned his signals and affection, leading Jaywing to think that perhaps she was just in love with him as he was with her. Finally he told her how he felt - and was met with rejection. Jaywing felt humiliated. He closed himself off from her. This became his biggest regret: her patrol was attacked by a fox. Firewhisker died from her wounds, a viscous slice along her side that became infected and would not heal. This cut deep into Jaywing's already broken heart, so now the tom avoids becoming as close to any cat as he did her.
[b] P E R S O N A L I T Y[/b]
Kindness is not Jaywing's forte. The tom is a good warrior, though his social skills are lacking. He's gruff and always grouchy; often his blunt way of speaking hurts feelings. The tom feels no pity for those his words offend - it's the truth, so any cat should be able to handle it, right? The tom has no interest in making friends of falling in love, so why should it bother him who his words hurt? While deep inside he longs to connect with a cat like he did Firewhisker - someone that can combat his lack of tact and remain unaffected by his sharp words - but he sees no point in it now. Everyone except for Foxcloud that he's cared for is gone. He's not trying to get hurt once more - he's been through enough, he's decided.

The passing of her mother, her final parent, has closed her off a bit, making her a little harder to become close to. Still, she devotes herself to her Clan - after all, she's no family left to impress save her brother, so all of her efforts go towards CLAN. She enjoys helping out in the nursery, as she adores the kits, and hopes to have her own family someday.
[b] P E R S O N A L I T Y[/b]
Of the two siblings, Foxcloud is the calm, motherly one. She spends a lot of her time looking out for her brother, and even more time looking out for the youngest members of the Clan. She loves them fiercely - after all, they were all she has left, aside from her brother. Foxcloud has a fairly mild nature, so it's difficult to make her upset. That being said, the only way to get under her fur is to harm her Clan and Jaywing. She will defend them to her last breath. Foxcloud is also a sucker for romantics - she dreams of one day having her own family. Her ideal mate is a tom that would make a good father to her kits.

Sturgeonpaw became a very reserved tom during his apprentice, distancing from the hard-working Whalepaw - though for a very different reason. He had killed someone. In a dispute with his current mentor, a harsh, bitter tom, Sturgeonpaw had lashed out during battle training with his claws unsheathed. His mentor, Rippleclaw, became aggressive, deciding they could do the battle training with their claws out - his mistake. Sturgeonpaw was furious with him already, and as the experienced warrior tore up his pelt with fang and claw, he only got madder. Finally Sturgeonpaw lunged, sinking his teeth into Rippleclaw's throat.
When Sturgeonpaw had slunk back to camp, his paws and pelt clean of blood aside from his own scratches, the Clan already knew. The apprentice tried to remain his composure as he explained what happened - and knowing Rippleclaw as the Clan did, they believed the apprentice, to Sturgeonpaw's relief. He was given a new mentor. This time, a kinder cat, though he still had to fight to keep his anger under control.

When they became warriors, Sturgeontail was always jealous of Whalewhisker's bond with the leader - especially when it cost him the deputy position. Sturgeontail knew that he would be a better fit; he was stronger, a much more skilled fighter, and he thought a better suited leader. He's envious of his brother's position, especially now that he's leader. Sturgeontail has an issue following one part of the Warrior Code - not fighting to kill. He fights ruthlessly, and will gladly end the life of any cat that ends up facing him in battle - to Whalestar's dismay.
[b] P E R S O N A L I T Y[/b]
To say that Sturgeontail is distant is to say the very least. As a Clan cat, he does his duties, and that's it. His distrust for his fellow Clanmates stems from his early ingrained memories of Rippleclaw - as well as his hostile, blood-lusting nature. He thinks there's only one way to win a fight: ripping out your enemy's throat with your teeth. He's not a merciful cat, nor does he have any desire to be.

Loachkit's litter began playing in the water - only for a wave to crash into them as the weather turned rocky. The apprentice and her littermates drowned, Loachkit barely surviving.

By six moons, Loachpaw was no stranger to tragedy. After her death, Loachpaw's mother, Finsplash, fled the Clan. She had resigned herself into believing that it was a dangerous place, after all. Loachpaw refused to go with her. The Clan was her home - it was all she'd ever know, unlike Fin. Now, Loachpaw really was alone. She was a very deep-souled apprentice, hardly phased by anything bad that happened. She earned the deep nick in her ear as well as her warrior name on the same night - she saved an injured kit from a snapping turtle, just before its beak clamped down on her ear, tearing out a sizeable chunk.

The same night as the incident with the turtle, Loachpaw was named Loachscar. Having been a warrior for many moons now, her focus is on that above all else.

Loachscar is a troubled queen. Any cat would be, seeing so much death and having a near-death experience at only a few moons old. Tragedy hardly phases her anymore - a fallen Clanmate saddens her, but not as deeply as it would everyone else. She's a very sad cat on the regular, so events like those...they just feel normal to her.

Pearkit was born into an average litter with two parents. His kithood held little excitement, though it was mostly his mother and littermates with him as his father rarely visited. They saw very little of him, and Pearfang never had a strong bond with him.

As an apprentice, Pearpaw's focus was on training. He spent his time with his mentor and chatting with the other apprentices, not too pressed on being the most successful in the Clan. His goal was simply to train as hard as he could and become a warrior - which he managed.

He fell into his warrior routine. It was when he was thirty-two moons that Cherryfang joined the Clan. He was in love with her right away. It took a couple moons of pursuing, but eventually, Cherryfang reciprocated his feelings. And soon, they were to have their own kits! In love with a family on the way, Pearfang was the happiest cat in the world.
That was, until Cherryfang gave birth. She lost too much blood and passed, not even living long enough to groom her daughter's fur and pick out a name with Pearfang. After days of grieving, Pearfang finally drug himself to the nursery to see his daughter. That's when he found his new love - he knew right away that he would do whatever it took to protect his daughter from harm. She became his world. He named her Cherrykit, after her mother. He's had the joy of watching her grow up and become a warrior.

Pearfang is a strong, confident cat. He gets things done. He used to be a romantic - now, though, being a fatherly figure is more his focus. Seahorse was born in the wild. He lived briefly as a loner, as his mother abandoned he and his siblings - all long gone, now - with their father.

Seahorse's father, Brine, was not a kind cat. Intensely paranoid, Brine was mentally ill, sometimes being the kindest cat Seahorse had ever met to a sharp, hateful, horrible mouse-heart. Because of this up and down, Seahorse was terrified, and always afraid of stepping on his father's toes. He walked on eggshells around him everyday, trying not to upset him or set him off. He was scared all of the time. His father trained him mercilessly, always afraid that they were going to be attacked - or that their mother would come for them, and he'd have to kill her. Brine was a horrible cat to love.
When he was eleven moons old, he ran away from his father, as fast and as far as his paws could carry him. In a viscous bout of training, Brine had set his kits against one another. Afraid to stop and face his wrath, Seahorse's brothers fought each other. They injured one another badly. When his brother Oarfish was announced the winner of the duel, his brother Guppy lying on the ground bleeding to death from the wounds and collapsed with exhaustion, Brine decided he wanted to train them personally. Right then and there he challenged Oarfish. His brothers both died that day. So Seahorse ran, and ran, and ran. There he collapsed, the last thing he remembered the sun setting into the water.
The following morning Seahorse was woken up by a patrol of cats - and Seahorse saw this as a perfect opportunity to escape his father and be safe.
For the following five moons, Seahorsepaw devoted himself to Clan life, trying to block out the memories of Brine. He memorized the Warrior Code and every battle or hunting technique his mentor showed him, and became a warrior at the age of sixteen moons.

Seahorsepaw was named Seahorsepounce at the age of sixteen moons. He was proud of his work, and still is. Since that day there have been plenty of queens to come and go in his life. He has a knack for drawing them in, becoming attached, and then like he did with his father - running as far away from the commitment as possible out of fear.

He can't help it, really - he doesn't mean to break hearts. He's just so damn good at it. Seahorsepounce loves the idea of love - until commitment comes into play. The thought of buckling down with a mate and raising a family is the scariest thing he can think of. Sure, it would be nice, and he'd love it - but how could someone risk their heart like that? Perhaps it's Brine's fault that he's like this - his father taught him that love is pain and fear, after all. Speaking of fear, Seahorsepounce is still a paranoid tom, bred into him by habit. He's always scenting the air and glancing over his shoulder. While subtle, his paranoia still slips through with habits set in moons that will never be undone.

When Snailpaw was apprenticed, he met the most interesting cat he'd ever seen. Silver and lusciously spotted, with a quick, sassy tongue, he was head over heels for her within moons. The tom followed her around and doted on her and seemed to return those feelings. Silverpaw became his moon and stars.

When Snailsoil and Silverspots became warriors, they obviously decided to become mates. Once the honeymoon phase wore off, though, they realized they weren't a good match. Silverspots was already heavy with his kits, and soon gave birth to Cloudedkit. They never stopped bickering, and Silverspots was bitter and resentful. She blamed him for "tricking" her into having kits and becoming a queen so early in life, and for "taking away her freedom." She flirted with other toms and never paid any mind to how it made him feel. They split, no love between them, only animosity. He tried to be a father to Cloudedpaw, but when Silverspots became sick, hope was lost. She was angry with him for not loving Silverspots - as if his love would heal her. She passed, and Cloudedpaw refused to speak to him for moons. He's still proud of his daughter. The Clan's medicine cat apprentice, he feels she's done great things - but all of their interactions are short and hostile, mostly happening when he needs herbs and she gives them to him as it's her duty.
[b] P E R S O N A L I T Y[/b]
Snailsoil is a pretty kind time. He's not all that charming, nor does he have any desire to be - he's done being apologetic and being taken advantage of. He's tired of being blamed for another cat's decisions. He's a good warrior and does what he needs to for his Clan, and has his friends and acquaintances, a typical warrior. He misses Cloudedpaw and wishes they could rekindle their father-daughter bond, but he doubts she'd ever give him the time of day, and it hurts his heart pretty deeply. He doesn't consider himself a fatherly cat based on what he thinks was a poor model of fatherhood when he had Cloudedpaw, and doubts he'll ever have another litter - though if he finds love and does, he promised to himself that it will be different this time, and he'll be the father he wants to be.

Saffronkit and Sweetkit were born to Lilywhisker and Anttooth. They had a normal kit-hood, despite their father being quite old. He retired to the elder's den shortly after they were born, so the kits were able to spend a lot of time with him. Sadly, he passed before they were apprenticed, leaving them and his much younger mate behind.

Sweetpaw was apprenticed to a tom named Tigerfang. Tigerfang was a player of a tom - and good at it, too. Young and handsome, he was good with every queen in the Clan. Sweetpaw studied his behavior. Her brother busy, and her father passed, Sweetpaw had a lot of alone time. She put it into becoming charismatic. The queen soon realized that her name made sense - she had a tongue as sweet as sugar, flirting with every tom in the Clan, making them fall head over heels for her cute, flirty demeanor.

Sweethoney's warrior name was very...applicable, to say the least. She doesn't really have any plans to fall in love - love is dangerous, every cat has faced heartbreak. She loved her father, and he was dead. She loved her mother, who has recently passed. She loves Saffronfang - who seems to always be off in his own world, and she suspects is keeping secrets from her. No, love is dangerous - but playing with hearts is fun. She loves toms and showing them what she's made of and then becoming disinterested once they get attached. She doubts she'd ever settle down, but cats fall for her charm and she loves the attention.
[b] P E R S O N A L I T Y[/b]
Sweethoney is...complex. Most cats wouldn't guess that she spends all day flirting. She's genuine and kind, absolutely as sweet as her name suggests - but she really can't turn down any tom, and whether she's interested or not, she'll give them the time of day whenever she has it. She's not romantic - no, she doesn't really believe in love. It's always ended badly. But she adores the attention, and she adores lustful looks from toms. She really doesn't have the ability to turn any cat's attention away whether she likes them or not, even cats she otherwise couldn't tolerate. It's her worst trait. Still, though, she's a loyal warrior, and understands the Warrior Code comes before all else. It's this, combined with her precious demeanor, that gets the attention of most cats.

Birdkit was born to Petalfall with his brother, Weedkit. They never knew their father, so the two toms were very close to their mother. Before they were apprenticed, Petalfall became Petalstar, in the previous leader's stead.
[b]Apprentice life[/b]
Birdpaw was named an apprentice along with his brother, Weedpaw. Petalstar returned deeply into her Clan duties, and to Birdpaw's disdain, began spending less time with her kits. Weedpaw and Birdpaw were not apprentices long when Weedpaw wanted to go explore the territory one night, to see if the scorched line really existed. Having been apprenticed for less than a moon, their mentors had not yet taken them along the border, since the entire territory's border was shaped in a way that was difficult to patrol, and their mentors had so far focused on hunting with them. He and Weedpaw set off to find the boundary, intent on being back before any cat knew they were gone.
They had not gone far out of camp when it happened. A large bird, an owl, swooped down on them. With a loud screech, Weedpaw was gone, grasped in the bird's talons. The tom cried for help, and help came. His mother chased the owl until sunrise, while Birdpaw was escorted back to camp. She returned empty-pawed. Birdpaw has only recently stopped grieving to the point of illness, and feels as if his mother is very distanced. In truth, to Birdpaw, his family feels as if it has vanished.

Birdpaw is a quiet, relaxed cat. He's easy to approach and get along with, though he does not go out of his way to socialize. It's not that he doesn't enjoy company; the tom just feels tired most of the time, and to him engaging with others is very draining. His social meter is very low. He longs for the day that he is a warrior, when he can just leave camp to be alone in the pines for a bit with no cat wondering where he's gone.

Batkit was conceived without love - he has no clue who his father is, as his mother never took him as a mate. He was the only kit of the litter to survive, his siblings contracting greencough. It almost killed him, but being the strongest of the litter, he survived. He daydreamed often about what it would be like to have a father, finding himself attached to any tom that would show him attention.

Batpaw's mother, Plumcloud, died shortly after he became an apprentice, having drowned. Batpaw doesn't feel alone, though. He's entirely devoted to his mentor and his Clan, adoring his mentor as if they were his parent instead. He's been training for several moons and is nearly ready to become a warrior. He's a friendly tom and has an easy time getting to know cats, so his training his been full of spending time with his fellow apprentices.

Batpaw is a friendly, energetic tom. He's very happy and kind and easy to get along with - until you become important to him. Batpaw is clingy. Mothkit and Tarantulakit were born to Saltwhisker and Ivyfeather. Unfortunately, though, Ivyfeather was from CLAN, so the mateship was forbidden. When she found out she was having Saltwhisker's kits, there was a moment of panic - Ivyfeather admitted her wrongdoings, and both leaders were angry. Saltwhisker was furious about the betrayal. Finally, though, they decided to split the litter, their mateship ending messily. When Mothkit was weaned, she was taken from her mother to live in her father's Clan.

Mothpaw has been an apprentice in CLAN for moons. Even when her father passed, she chose to stay with them. Tarantulapaw has...issues, with himself. He wonders daily why his father didn't choose him - and what was so great about Mothpaw, that he wanted to take her with him. Ivyfeather became an absent mother fairly quickly on in his life, the moment he was out of the nursery, and he doesn't even know Mothpaw, as they only shared a nest for a little over a moon and then she was gone. He often fantasizes about what it would have been like to have her privilege, to grow up in CLAN, for Saltwhisker to have been a father. He's deeply jealous of her, and while he craves Saltwhisker's love and attention, he also resents him, since he took Mothpaw instead of himself. Now that Saltwhisker's dead, his feelings are even more conflicted - any shred of hope for the future, getting to know Saltwhisker somehow, is gone.

When Rosepaw became an apprentice, her parents retired to the elders' den. This was no surprise - they were getting up there in age, and had hardly been able to keep up with her in the nursery. She was nine moons old when her mother passed, leaving her and Ragwortgaze alone. She leans heavily on him. Now, Rosepaw is eleven moons old, and will soon become a warrior. She's excited to earn her name and her place among the Clan.

Mousepaw is a generally easy to get along with apprentice. When her mother was killed in battle when she was eight moons, she was mostly unaffected. So she recovered from any grief - mostly grief over the fact that they never had any sort of bond, and you only get one mother - quickly and returned actively to her duties. Two moons have passed, and Plumpetal's passing rarely crosses her mind.

Weakkit was born to Fawnlily and Snakescar. The tiny tortoiseshell kit was the result of an affair. Snakescar had a lovely mate - Featherwing, a beautiful, devoted she-cat. Fawnlily was a seductive queen who had been in love with Snakescar from her apprenticeship. After a short-lived affair, Fawnlily discovered she was pregnant. Snakescar turned on her and told her he wanted nothing to do with the litter, or her, anymore. It was to be the end of them. Fawnlily was consumed with guilt and confessed everything to Featherwing, who confronted her mate and told him he would be there for the kits or he would never redeem himself in her or the Clan's eyes. She left him, and Snakescar hated himself, Fawnlily, and the kits. Weakkit was the only born from the litter that survived. Fawnlily's litter was primarily stillborns and a small tortoiseshell with a weak heart that no one thought would live back a moon - Weakkit. She did, though. She was nursed by another queen as Fawnlily left the Clan, disappearing the day after Weakkit's birth. She knew Snakescar was her father, though the tom rarely came to see her, and when he did, remained distant and uninterested.

Weakpaw grew up angry. She grew up bitter. She hated Snakescar and Fawnlily, though she never even met her mother. Anytime her father comes around he's met with a loud hiss - if he's trying to repair their relationship, she wouldn't know, since she refuses to be around him. Weakpaw hates her name with a passion - she's aware that she has a weak heart, but she survived kithood; surely she'll survive until she's old and battle-worn, right? She loathes her mother for giving it to her and her father for not changing it. Since she was old enough to comprehend the concept of strength, she's driven herself towards it. All she wants is to succeed and show her father and her Clanmates that she [i]isn't[/i] weak, and that one day, she'll be the strongest cat in the Clan - no matter how she has to get there.

Weakpaw wants one thing in life - to prove she isn't just that; weak. She has spent her life devoting herself to becoming stronger, battle training is her focus, though she hunts as she has to in order to eat, as the Warrior Code dictates she must feed the Clan first. Not that Weakpaw cares about the Warrior Code - it's merely a set of rules to keep the Clan cats in line, she thinks, and to keep them from enjoying their lives to the fullest. She follows it because she has to. She hates her father, and often envisions that day in which she becomes leader and exiles him from the Clan for good. She dreams of power and having the fear of her Clanmates. She loathes her own name, and loathes to be pitied, though it happened often in her kithood.

If Goldie had a former name, she wouldn't remember it. Since the day her baby-blues darkened into amber, her mother called her Goldie. Coming from a litter of four, the Bengal mix had plenty of playtime. She developed a curiosity, and was always bothering her mother and siblings with questions.

Goldie was almost a year old when she set out on her own, leaving her family behind to explore the world. She's always had a knack for adventure. Her mother taught her basic hunting and fighting skills, but every time she crossed paths with another cat, Goldie would request they teach her their own fighting and hunting styles. It was awhile before she ran into danger, but by then, she was able to hold her own in a fight.

Up to this point, Goldie's life has been nothing but adventure. She's spent moons roaming and exploring, always searching for knowledge and mysteries. It was when she heard a legend from an old loner about a mystical, shiny golden rock that could grant a single wish, that she met her first companion. A stocky, large tom by the name of Tumble and she crossed paths and started out as enemies - he was after this mystical stone, too. The more time they spent trying to outdo each other and be the first to find the stone the more they got to know one another. It was finally Tumble that proposed they team up. Goldie agreed, and the two begin to travel together, making quite the unmatched pair. They always seemed able to get one another out of any scrap. Finally, Goldie and Tumble made it to the cave where the stone was said to be. By that point the two seemed madly in love. Goldie envisioned days of them finding the stone and afterwards continuing to adventure, and raise a litter together. As they were crossing a narrow ledge, the black cat found her paws swept out from under her. Tumble had given her a shove, and Goldie went tumbling down the side of the stone wall, crashing to the ground at the bottom. "Sorry, Goldie," she heard his voice echo around the cave. "There's only one wish - and it's mine." His words were punctuated with a laugh, and Goldie realized that she had been too naive. The fall had broken her paw, but the queen was determined. She followed after Tumble, though it took her quite awhile to catch up, given her injury. When she finally managed to catch a fresh scent, she would soon realize that it would have been better if she hadn't. There was no stone - only a huge, long-clawed cat killer. The cave was home to a bear, and Tumble had been its dinner. Goldie retreated before she came too close and escaped the cave. She stayed near it, for awhile, and even managed to give the loner who had told her the tale a piece of her mind before her paw healed. Now that it has - thanks to what she knew about herbs and binding from those she'd met on her journeys - Goldie has resumed her travels, unsure of where she's going next. Her heart still yearns for adventure, but she's no longer as friendly to every cat she meets.

Tawnykit was born to Lilyfeather and Tawnyleaf. Tawnyleaf, unfortunately, passed during her kitting, leaving Lilyfeather with a motherless daughter. He named Tawnykit after her mother and spent her kithood doting on her. During her kithood, Lilyfeather fell in love with Snakefur, the queen that nursed Tawnykit. Snakefur had two sons of her own, Ryekit and Mudkit. Tawnykit was raised by the pair with her two step-brothers, though the Clan was surprised Tawnyleaf could be so easily forgotten.
[b]Apprentice life[/b]
Mudpaw and Ryepaw became apprentices a moon before Tawnypaw, though she soon joined them when she reached six moons. Shortly after they had all left the nursery, Snakefur and Lilyfeather split, choked up to both being lonely and lost due to having recently lost their mates. Snakefur went onto take a new mate, though Lilyfeather died when the apprentices were eight moons and rejoined Tawnyleaf in StarClan. In spite of this the three apprentices remained as close as ever, though they felt less like family and more like best friends. Tawnypaw was trained by an older, strict tom named Toadskip. It was under him that Tawnypaw found her knack for battle techniques. Clever and tactical, Tawnypaw's style of fighting outsmarted most opponents. Toadskip became a fond of the apprentice and became a sort of father figure to the now-orphaned Tawnypaw.
[b]Warrior + life[/b]
At twelve moons, Tawnypaw was named Tawnystrike for her skill. Toadskip retired to the elder's den and Tawnystrike remained close to him up until his death when she was around twenty moons. Ryepaw and Mudpaw, now Ryeheart and Mudwhisker, remained close with her. For many moons, the three served as faithful MarshClan warriors. Ryeheart became popular in the Clan, and was soon one of the most noteworthy warriors. The three warriors were nearing forty moons when Ryeheart became MarshClan's deputy. The tom was soon distracted by Clan duties, leaving Tawnystrike and Mudwhisker to become closer. The two soon became mates.
Talk of Tawnystrike moving to the nursery ceased when Ryeheart became Ryestar and chose her as his deputy. This was a great shock for Mudwhisker; nobody had expected the tom to choose Mudwhisker's mate over him, no matter how close the three were. This led to a fight between Mudwhisker and Ryestar. Tawnystrike was heartbroken that her mate could not just be proud of her while Mudwhisker only continued to resent her. Tawnystrike decided to break things off with Mudwhisker after nearly a moon of sour tension between them and focused fully on her duties as Clan deputy.
Ten moons passed of Ryestar and Tawnystrike growing closer once more. Friendship reignited in full between the two immediately, while Mudwhisker surrounded himself with different warriors and regarded Ryestar and Tawnystrike as just his leader and deputy rather than friend and brother. This worsened when Ryestar asked Tawnystrike to be his mate and she accepted. For many moons the two served MarshClan and reveled in a happy, working relationship. Tawnystrike gave birth to a singular kit while serving as deputy; a tom named Sunkit. Following Ryestar's losing of his last life, Tawnystrike became Tawnystar, and continued to faithfully serve her Clan and raise their young son. Soon after becoming leader her son became an apprentice and Tawnystar focused fully on her duties. Despite everything that had happened between them, Tawnystrike still named Mudwhisker - now a senior warrior - as her deputy. The two developed a trust and bond once more, though it was never quite as close as it was when the three cats had all been best friends.
Tawnystar was growing tired when the fire came. The swamp was ravaged, the fire destroying everything in her path. Many cats died, including the leader herself. Now on her last life she led the survivors to the MoonTree, where they huddled for safety. Tawnystar consulted with the stars, accompanied by the other Clan leaders who had also faced horrible damage from the fire. Their ancestors - Tawnystar's mate, Ryestar, included - warned them that cooperation would be the only way the Clans could survive. It was graciously accepted when the leader of StormClan offered MarshClan refuge on the moor. Grieving and trembling the MarshClan cats made a temporary camp in a singular old hole in MarshClan territory. Despite allowing them refuge, the StormClan cats were hostile, especially about prey. They would stop MarshClan patrols and demand the prey, drove them away from popular hunting spots, and would even become violent when met with resistance. Soon StormClan's leader came to meet with Tawnystar. The calico was old and tired and her Clan was hungry, so when she was offered an out, she took it. StormClan's leader demanded that they absolve into StormClan in order to remain on the territory and be able to eat. She led her remaining warriors to the camp shortly after burying Mudwhisker - her last old friend who died of an infected burn he hadn't been able to heal from.
Now a part of AshClan, Tawnystrike - having resumed her warrior name now that her status is once more warrior - worries she has doomed her Clan as well as the others. She has watched the leader work on his conquest of the forest, leaving only RippleClan to resist.

Sunkit knew his father only briefly. His parents, Ryestar and Tawnystrike, were the leader and deputy of MarshClan. Ryestar lost his last life during Sunkit's childhood, his mother becoming Tawnystar before he was apprenticed. Sunkit still had a relatively okay childhood - he played with other kits when his mother was busy, and he was with her when she wasn't.
[b]Apprentice life[/b]
Sunpaw's apprenticeship was fun. The tom has always been relatively good-natured and sunny (haha). Being optimistic about everything, even failure, brought him a mutual respect with his mentor, Grayfeather. She taught Sunpaw how to hunt and fight and how to grow from his mistakes, lessons that he would use for life. When not with Grayfeather, Sunpaw was a very social tom. He spent a lot of time with just about anyone who would give it to him. Due to Tawnystar's position, he was only able to see so much of her. Despite having connections with many cats, Sunpaw couldn't help but find himself feeling quite alone at the end of the day, though when his uncle Mudwhisker took him out to hunt it often made him feel better. Sunpaw had to take his assessment twice to pass it. During his first attempt, he fell from a tree and wounded his back leg. It seems to have healed fully, but he has a barely noticeable limp and the cold makes it ache.
[b]Warrior + life[/b]
Sunpaw was awarded the name Sunmuzzle at thirteen moons. His limp didn't really have any hindrance on his ability to perform his duties, though he finds now that when it's cold his leg gets stiff. Sunmuzzle remains an optimistic, happy tom, and sunk his life into Clan activities. When the fire came, he was devastated by the loss of his uncle - a loss he's still healing from, along with his mother, Tawnystrike. Nothing has felt quite the same since the Clan absolved into AshClan. Sunmuzzle also fears for his mother and last remaining kin - on her last life and now as a warrior of AshClan, he's never seen her smaller or frailer, and wishes she would retire to the elder's den.
[b] P E R S O N A L I T Y[/b]
Ever the optimist, Sunmuzzle is generally regarded as a happy tom. He's even tricked himself into believing it - after all, if you fake it until you make it you're still making it, and if you pretend until you're happy you're still happy. Even though tragedy followed his family and now things are more uncertain than ever, Sunmuzzle still holds the position that at the end of the day everything will end up okay. He can't let himself believe things are falling apart for a moment or it will consume him. Instead, he focuses on his friends and his remaining family member and his duties to AshClan. Overall, Sunmuzzle is a fine warrior to have around.

Ivykit had a quiet kithood. Her parents were loving and littermates nothing out of the ordinary, though Ivykit never really payed much mind to them. She would rather have been curled up at her mother's side than training. Ivykit did have one sister, though, that was important to her - but not out of love, out of rivalry. Ivykit and Thornkit were pit against one another from the moment they opened their eyes, it seemed. The two fought constantly and were always trying to outdo one another. This drove Ivykit to set her sights on becoming the best warrior she could be.
[b]Apprentice life[/b]
Ivypaw's sights were set on glory. Now that they were training, the rivalry between the sisters only got worse. Everyday was a competition between them - who had the best battle moves, who brought back the most prey, who did the most for the Clan. One couldn't take a step without the other trying to outmatch her. Ivypaw trained hard, and found that she and Thornpaw - to the frustration of both cats - were evenly matched. They sparred constantly, sometimes getting out of hand. Thornpaw gave her a deep scar that runs along her flank.
This, however, is all Ivypaw would have with her to remember Thornpaw.
They were on their assessments when it happened. Both queens were stalking through the forest for the hunting skill portion; though both knew just passing wouldn't be enough - no, each sister only wanted to outdo the other. This rivalry led to Thornpaw's demise. While of all the Clan territories the moor faced the least predators, StormClan still faced danger. Stoats sometimes inhabited the burrows that were left unused, growing fat as badgers on carrion. Springing after a hare that Ivypaw was stalking was the last straw. Both apprentices went after it, though Thornpaw's speed was better. She leaped after the rabbit, just narrowly beating Ivypaw to its hole, and thrust both of her front paws down it. That was the queen's mistake; it was only seconds later that big brown-and-white animals, nearly the same size as the apprentices, came pouring at. The two were no match as the mass of animals swarmed them. Ivypaw doesn't remember much of what happened - she just knows the story. It was Thornpaw's mentor that found them, covered in blood and barely breathing. Ivypaw spent several sunrises in the medicine cat den while Thornpaw's injuries killed her, but not before the leader gave her a warrior name on her deathbed: Thornleap. Almost a moon after the incident, Ivypaw became a warrior alone.
[b]Warrior + life[/b]
Ivydapple's ceremony was bittersweet. It reminded her only of Thornleap. She focused on Clan work, her silly dreams of being the greatest forgotten now that her competition was dead. Cats often noticed when grooming, Ivydapple would pause on her flank and touch her nose to the scar, closing her eyes and being silent for a moment.
It was a grieving young warrior that met Moonbeam at a Gathering. A LeafClan warrior, Ivydapple doesn't remember when she became stricken with him - only that one day she wasn't and she was turning her nose up at the Gathering, paying only half a mind to his words, and then the next she was sneaking from camp in the middle of the night to meet with him. The two spent several moons happily meeting up in the forest, and cats noticed that Ivydapple was beginning to walk with a spring in her step again, that old fire returning to her spirit. To her surprise, she was soon pregnant with his kits. It troubled her - Moonbeam had been more absent lately, caught up in Clan life and his new apprentice. The queen was beginning to worry he would soon have no time for his forbidden mate. It was with a heavy heart that she told him about the pregnancy, and she wasn't able to see the tom again until she was near kitting.
Her fears came true when Moonbeam told her he couldn't see her anymore - no, he was now LeafClan's deputy, and they were breaking the Code. While part of her understood, Ivydapple was still bitter about it - here was this tom, this cat she loved, telling her that he had finally had enough of their forbidden romance, right when he was sunrises from being a father. Despite her harsh feelings Ivydapple agreed to keep it a secret, if anything for his reputation, and ceased meeting with him. Throughout her pregnancy the queen was heavily depressed. She hated her unborn kits; hated the tom they came from. She viewed her getting pregnant as a punishment from StarClan for breaking their Code. She got what she deserved. "Didn't you ask for this?" She would hiss at herself, slashing a paw at her reflection in the Clan's drinking source. She hated herself. She hated Moonbeam. She hated everything.
This, however, changed when her sons were born. Two beautiful tom-kits, Ivydapple's mind changed instantly. These kits weren't a punishment from StarClan, they saved her life. They became her whole world. Ivydapple had never expected to love being a mother, but she put her kits above anything, even her hatred for their father and his Clan. Now an AshClan warrior, Ivydapple still watches her kits thrive as fresh warriors - though it's more conflicting, as Moonbeam is now in the same Clan as herself. Her heart has been heavy with him around the last moon. She avoids him as much as she can and tries to guide her kits away from him, though the guilt is bothering her. She fears soon she will have to tell her sons the truth.
[b] P E R S O N A L I T Y[/b]
Ivydapple has always had a fiery, competitive passion about her. She sees everything as a challenge, just something to overcome. Her sights used to be set on glory; now, they're on being a good warrior and setting an example for her sons. Her litter taught her about compassion, so she's developed into a more caring, matronly cat than she once was. She's learned from her mistakes. While she still has a tendency to take things too far, Ivydapple tries to catch herself and stop before it's too late, like it was with Thornpaw. She's also more focused on following the Code these days. She broke it once and while it gave her a littler she loves fiercely, it also taught her that breaking it comes with great grief.

Rosekit and his brother, NAME, were born to Ivydapple in StormClan. They never knew their father - but Rosekit speculated it must be a tabby, as his dark gray-brown pelt was a far cry from his mother's lovely silver. He spent his kithood watching the warriors, speculating the likelihood of each tom being his father. Eventually, Rosekit gave up - if their father wanted them, he would have been with them. He attached heavily to Ivydapple and his brother.

Rosepaw's training was a joy for him. While most cats in StormClan were known for their moor-running swiftness, Rosepaw was stocky and muscular. His build was unusual for his Clan, but it gave him a great advantage with his fighting moves - his strength was unmatched. Rosepaw was nine moons old when the fire burned through the Clans' territories. StormClan's grass was ashy and prey remained scarce, even more so when Snowstar offered refuge to MarshClan. Rosepaw was quick to take part in bullying the MarshClan cats with his fellow warriors and apprentices, even more so when they absolved into StormClan. Rosepaw was nothing more than excited when LeafClan fell and the Clans became AshClan. He knew that he was a strong, faithful warrior of Snowstar's original Clan, so expected favor with the original warriors.

Rosethunder has been a warrior for mere days. He loves being part of AshClan, and hopes to one day slink into Snowstar's inner circle of cats. He admires her conquest and bloodlust, and hopes to one day hold the same position as her and continue AshClan's rule of the entire forest.

Rosethunder doesn't care about much. He's the kind of tom that is strong and powerful and knows it, so he often finds himself being cocky. He enjoys being social with his fellow young warriors and original StormClan cats, but remains hostile towards former MarshClan and LeafClan cats, though that isn't unusual in AshClan, with StormClan being the strongest originally. He has a hunger for power, and will stop at nothing to assure that his ambitions are met.

[b]Kit Life[/b]
Shellkit was born in RippleClan. He was always the quietest of the kits - and quiet wasn't something one had often with four littermates. Shellkit had one sister and three brothers: Sweetkit, Redkit, Stonekit, and Littlekit. Being the runt, Littlekit was small and weak and did not survive his kithood past a couple of moons. The other four kits went on to become apprentices.
[b]Apprentice life[/b]
Shellpaw, Redpaw, Stonepaw, and Sweetpaw filled up the apprentices' den. It was the first time in awhile RippleClan had so many apprentices, but the luck would not last. Stonepaw and Sweetpaw had been out hunting when a hungry fox caught them without their mentors. Stonepaw was killed just before his mentor arrived and Sweetpaw died from injuries after Stonepaw's mentor had gotten her back to camp. Only Shellpaw and Redpaw remained of the litter and they became very close. Shellpaw's time was for the most part spent with his mentor, Talonsplash. Talonsplash was a kind queen, though her focus was mostly on her newly found mate, leaving Shellpaw with spare time to spend sharpening his skills and hunting with Redpaw and his mentor.
[b]Warrior + life[/b]
At twelve moons, Shellpaw and Redpaw became Shellspring and Redfoot. The two served the Clan as warriors for several moons. During this time, Shellspring began to show excellency and wisdom, which the leader took interest in. When the deputy was killed by illness, Shellspring was named in her place. During his time as deputy Redfoot fell in love with a queen that they had grown up with, Silverfeather.
Shellspring was dealing with his own romance at the time. Furzestream was a pretty young snow-white warrior. She had been the tom's first apprentice, and they continued to remain close even after she earned her name. After moons of flirting with the point, Shellspring finally asked her to be his mate. For a few moons the pair were happy. Then they began trying for kits. After a few moons of effort, Furzestream consulted with the medicine cat, who told her that she was likely unable to carry a little. Furzestream fell into a deep depression and began pushing Shellspring away. He grew frustrated as he tried to console his mate and assure he even without kits he would love her, but she refused to believe him and finally broke it off, breaking his heart.
It was shortly after that Silverfeather gave birth to Shellspring's niece, Willowkit. He immediately grew very attached to the she-kit, believing he would never love again after Furzestream and would never have a family. When the kit was young, Shellspring offered to watch her so that Silverfeather and Redfoot could get out of camp for awhile. A storm blew three and the river they were hunting near flooded quickly. Crossing back to camp, the current washed over the debris they were using to cross, and both cats were swept downstream. Silverfeather drowned, Redfoot barely managing to drag her body back to camp before collapsing. He spent several days in the medicine cat's den recovering.
During this time, the leader had been worrying about StormClan. Their patrols had begun picking fights, and in one he had been given a nasty wound that had become infected. The tom died that night, losing his last life to the Clan's surprise. Shellspring became Shellstar, naming the still-grieving Redfoot as his deputy. Things were peaceful for awhile and the siblings were beginning to recover from their grief when the fire came through the forest. While the other Clans faced far worse devastation, Shellstar's Clan still lost most of their forest, leaving the winding river pretty much the only source of their food. Shellstar also lost warriors and his brother and deputy, Redfoot. At the other leaders' request, he met with them at the MoonTree, where they consulted their ancestors, who warned them to cooperate or face further peril. For awhile this worked and RippleClan gave LeafClan some hunting rights to their territory, warriors even teaching theirs how to fish so the Clans could both be fed. Things changed quickly when StormClan absorbed MarshClan and LeafClan followed shortly after. Now AshClan looms like a shadow just over territory lines, and Shellstar fears for his Clan and the future of his young niece and only family member, Willowpaw.
[b] P E R S O N A L I T Y[/b]
Shellstar is quiet and sure in his words and movements. He's the type to hold his tongue until he's planned his replies, no matter the intensity of the situation. He treats every matter as if he has time to think about it and doesn't take unnecessary risks. While this helps him lead the Clan in a precise matter, it can also make those around him nervous. Shellstar isn't quick-tempered, though he can be ruthless when disrespected, and won't tolerate blatant disobedience. While he longs for his own kits, Shellstar is wary about love after Furzestream, especially now that he's the Clan leader.

Willowkit was born to Redfoot and Silverfeather. She seemed to be the perfect mix of her ginger father and silver mother's long-haired pelts, and she was adored by both as well as her uncle, Shellspring. She got to spend a whole day playing with him, once. It felt like they played for seasons, even after it started raining. And then they stopped playing because Redfoot was back and he was dragging Silverfeather by her coat, her pretty silver coat, and both of them their fur was soaked and stuck to their pelts, and Willowkit didn't know quite what to make of it. Willowkit didn't talk for awhile after that. As she grew closer to six moons, she began to open up once more, though her father was busier then ever as Shellstar's deputy.
[b]Apprentice life[/b]
Life has yet to be kind to the young cat. Willowpaw has only been an apprentice for a short time. When the fire came, her father died. The only family she has left is her uncle, Shellstar, and tensions are only growing in the air for the Clans. Willowpaw still doesn't talk much.

[b] P E R S O N A L I T Y[/b]
Willowpaw takes after her uncle. Grief has followed her since kithood, leaving her a very quiet and reserved cat. Despite not speaking often, when Willowpaw has something to say, it tends to be critical and borderline unkind. She doesn't give much regard for other cats' feelings, and her goal is to become a warrior and then leader of RippleClan - maybe then she will make her family in StarClan proud. Her only living family member is Shellstar, and as he's leader, she doesn't get to spend a ton of time with him, so when not training Willowpaw is usually alone. As she doesn't see the need to care much for the feelings of others, she has trouble making friends, but doesn't really mind.
