Power: Nicknamed Hell's Scythe he was able to conjure up a black scythe that while deadly on it's own could also create black crescents of energy. These crescents would travel in a straight line and were just as sharp as his scythe. The distance they traveled and how large all depended on how much force he put behind it. The strongest point was the middle and the weakest was the edges. Each crescent could only travel forward from it starting point and once it reached its furthest point it would dissipate. There was no limit to how many he could send out. His power also causes a physical change, his white hair turns black and his eyes turn red and black, his teeth sharpen into shark like teeth and he gains both a black devil like tail and a pair of small black horns on his forehead.

Rumored Personality: According to what little was written about Chaska it seems like he was quite rash and arrogant and tended to have a quick temper. What little can be found between Gabriel and Chaska makes it clear that he was undyingly loyal to the Emperor/Empress. Some text has historians wondering if the two were secretly romantically involved. The topic remains a hot debate even now.

Genderal/Mother - She became the district leader for Twodor following Alma's death, a role she took very seriously
Power: Dark Matter Shields: She had the power to create shields and shield like power out of dark matter. The shield could deflect attacks normally projectiles or blunt force, away from herself. While usually such a power would be used as a defensive ability, she also utilized it as an offensive technique by redirecting the deflected attacks against others, or even against the original attacker. Her shield was limited in size and could only protect things that were either inside or behind the shied and she was only capable of creating two shields at a time with the size ranging from one person to five people at a time.

Rumored Personality: Much like her husband Anis she is a kind and gentle soul. Despite her imposing 6'4" height she had a softness to her, a sort of gentle aura. Her biggest downfall was that she was too passive when she should have been more aggressive. For example she was very passive when dealing with Eden following Alma's death, often times allowing him take his anger out on her and not following up on it. She was also very trusting in the sense that she trusted that if someone needed her that they would come to her. Despite those flaws she was a very nurturing and loving mother who wanted nothing more than to keep her people and her family safe.

Rumored Personality: The records for how Abbadon acted are very contradictory. Some claim he was a sweet man who always wore a smile on his face. Other's say he was cruel and heartless and the smile was all fake. And even more claim that he was worse that Quillon and was extremely manipulative. Historians have yet to come to an agreeable conclusion.

Overseer - He became leader of Forell after Conrad's death, he didn't take this role happily.
Power: Savior of the Sea: He had the power to control water, in particular he was known for protecting delicate nature from the rough sea by redirecting waves to a more sturdy place. Or he could calm the sea momentarily. He was the person people called to when the sea was threatening anything.

Rumored Personality: He was a hermit like person with very little contact with those he didn't like as shown in his letters to very few people. It is also taken from other correspondences that it was hard to get him to leave home and that he only left in times of emergency. His thoughts and feelings about the war are lost to time. What is clear is that he took over as district leader after Conrad was executed. From further letters it is assumed he tried many times to pass on the leadership to his second but was unable to until his own death many many years later.

Rumored Personality: Not much was recorded about Mythal but what is recorded implies that she was a fairly sweet woman who only wanted what was best for her people and Moxie. Almost all correspondents recovered from that time imply that she was very close to Moxie, if it was platonic or not is still a mystery.

Rumored Personality: According to historical text she was a slimy manipulative jerk who played people like puppets. However the people of that time were none the wiser to her manipulative ways and it is only through looking at the letters and reports from everyone and comparing them that her true twisted personality shines through. Many historians believe that had she wanted to she could have gotten even more with her cunning ways.

Rumored Personality: The texts are far and few between leaving it a compete mystery as to what Aahna was like. The only descriptions available were about her fiery red hair and long bangs that covered her bright blue eyes. From this historians can only speculate that she may have been shy.

The close familiarity also imply that he and his half sister Mintena were very close.

Rumored Personality: From Allesandra's joyful letter it is theorized that she was a bright and cheerful young woman who just wanted to make the world a better place. Things other people have written about her include her boundless energy and mother like behavior that is so typical of the Twodo women. She is also said to have carried around a pouch of sweets that she both ate herself and shared with anyone who wanted one.

Rumored Personality: Many letters between her sister Allessandro and herself were recovered years after her death. From these letters historians have been able to mostly figure out what Rhetta would have been like in person. From the flowery lettering and words they have deduced that she was a well educated woman with a sweetness to her. Given how many letters they recovered it was concluded that she was very close to her sister.

Power: While not physically damaging Reinhold had the ability to enhance the powers of those around him. For those he focused on he was able to increase their triple their power. The more he focused on people the more that increase in ability was spread out among those affected

Rumored Personality: According to what little surviving documentation on Reinhold he was a calming individual who wanted to redeem hi
s people. In some letters between Rhetta and Allessandra it is mentioned that he was treated quite poorly when he first joined the rebellion and that he didn't fight back. Historians fight about if he was a coward of if he was being the bigger man by not fighting back

Power: She had the ability to cure all but the most fatal of wounds with her soothing singing voice. For those with injures she could not cure and thus were on the path to death she was able to ease their passing. She could give them peace and remove pain until they passed. For some it seemed like she was able to transport them to a happier place.

Rumored Personality: With what is written about her it can be theorized that she was a cool headed individual much like her father. Unlike her father it seems that she is much more liked.

Rumored Personality: Due to her young age when she joined very very little is recorded about her, theories fly about her being quiet and nervous but it has never been proven.

Rumored Personality: In direct contrast to his younger twin brother he was very calm and thoughtful. The recklessness that showed in both his younger siblings didn't seem to be a dominate trait in him.

Power: They had the ability to control the pheromones of the people around them. Rumor has it that they would abuse their power to make people like them. Historians fight over if this was okay of them or not.

Rumored Personality: From the many complaints historians can build a fairly good idea of what they was like. A sharp tongue with snarky and an irritating personality Carys wasn't beloved by most. From the correspondents between themselves, Jessamine and Desmond it is pretty clear that they only had them as their friends. It is unknown what caused them to be so bitter, some say it is just how they were. Other say it is because their parents passed when they was young and it started their downfall

Power: Jaelyn had an interesting power upon using her powers her appearance drastically changed. Her eyes would turn completely black and she would gain black and purple rams horns and a strange black horn on her forehead. Her power came from her the ink that she would cry, that ink could be used to bring whatever was drawn on canvas come to life. Unfortunately she was also unable to speak while using her power since ink would pour out of her mouth whenever she tried to speak. She could use her horns to send telepathic thoughts to her twin as well as read her twin's thoughts.

Rumored Personality: Letters indicate that she had some childish qualities to her including her fondness of spooking people. She also once told Rhetta in a letter that she hoped that if she died that she could be come a ghost so that she could continue teasingly haunting people. If this brightness stayed after her sister's death is unclear.

Role: Rebel - A member of the Inner Circle
Power: Evanna was able to steal other people's powers but was unable to actually use them. It was more like she was able to temporarily store someone's power on her skin in the form of writing. The more powerful the power the more writing was needed to explain it. Her skin was literally her canvas and it was also her limiting factor. No powers written on her skin could overlap so if she tried to take a power to powerful without having room for it the power would rebound causing harm to her and releasing all the powers she currently had. She was also only able to hold onto powers for twelve hours before they were returned. Her powers also gave her a striking appearance with horns that she can't ever put away.

Rumored Personality: From correspondences between the rebels it is shown in bits and pieces that she was very quiet with a paranoid streak. It also appeared that despite a rough beginning she became very close to Nora. This is another relationship that is hot for debate.

Build: Slim and lean like most onetian's she isn't very curvy, though there is a marked difference in her hip and chest size when compared to a male.

Role: Abbadon's other half/wife and Aaria's mother
Power: The Human Lie Detector: She was able to tell when someone was lying and could determine which piece of information was the lie. This was most useful when someone was asked a yes or no question because the answer could only be one of two things. She was unable to tell what the truth was, but it usual was enough to know what the lie was.
District trait: Oneta
Allegiance: Oneta/Abbadon/Alma/Gabrielle
Rumored Personality: A smart kind brave young woman, the reports and letters that historians can recover paint her as a kind individual who for a short time seemed to teach Abbadon kinder ways. It is theorized that had she survived childbirth that she could have helped change how thing play out. Which says a lot about her influence and kindness.
Notable Actions: Grew up with a typical oneta family and became a diplomat for Oneta. Which is how she meet both Alma and Abbadon.
She quickly fell in love with Abbadon and after dating him for eight years finally tied the knot.
When she became pregnant with Aaria she set up a contingency plan, should she and Abbadon perish Alma was meant to become the guardian of Aaria.
Unfortunately she passed away shortly after giving birth to Aaria. Luckily she was able to spend a few moments with her daughter before she passed which is when she named Aaria.

Build: In his youth he was quite fit for a twodorian male. However after his injury confined him to his wheelchair he lost a bit of muscle and was slim and lean.
Age at Death: 109
Role: Healer/Scholar
Power: He had the power to heal wounds at touch as well as the ability to numb an area of the body. Most notable he used his numbing ability on Alma's burn wounds in an effort to give her some peace prior to her passing.
District trait: Twodor
Allegiance: Twodor/Oneta/Alma
Rumored Personality: A kind and gentle soul, he was most well known for his early years as a healer for the twodorian army. While he was technically a part of the army he was only ever there to heal the wounded and tend to the sick. He was never on the actual battle field since at the time it was considered to be a woman's job. His career as a medic was cut short when the his village was attacked by bandits. He was paralyzed while trying to protect his daughter Rhetta and some injured soldiers who happened to be stationed there. Now bound to a wheelchair he was forced to find a new path and choose to become a scholar instead. Since his older daughter had already shown interest in following in his wife's footsteps he took Rhetta to Oneta with him where they both got a good education.
Notable Actions: Born an hour after Alma he was the baby brother of the twins.
Early into their childhood they made a pact to always be there for one another no matter what. To be the strength for the other twin when they needed it.
Upon finding out what his power was he managed to convince the twodorian army general to let him heal wounded soldiers so long as he promised to be safe and to never enter the battlefield willingly.
When his daughter was four their village was attacked by bandits and he was paralyzed for life. He went through a long healing process during which Alma stayed at his side giving him the strength to continue on.
Due to him not being able to move as freely or as swiftly he was forced to choose a different path in life.
He stayed by Alma's side while she was injured and provided her with as much support as possible.
Upon hearing about the death of Allessandra he fell into a deep depression and never truly recovered from it.
He passed shortly after his wife due to heartache at the age of 109.

Build: Short and stocky she was nothing like her slightly taller and leaner half brother Mekwi.

Power: Pure breed werewolf. Like her half brother her ears would stay present even without the full moon. Unlike her half brother she also retained a fluffy grey tail and instead of hands she had two large paws.
District trait: Ninon
Allegiance: Ninon/Mekwi
Rumored Personality: All reports indicate that she was a feisty little woman with strong protective feelings towards her older half brother. If these feelings also extended to Maverick it is unclear.

☭ Power: Hell's Scythe: A scythe more commonly associated with the
grim reaper which in turn goes hand in hand with hell.
The Scythe: Dyaus is able to conjure up a black scythe that while
deadly on it's own can also create black crescents of energy. These
crescents will travel in a straight line and are just as sharp as his
scythe. The distance they travel and how large all depends on how
much force he puts behind it. The strongest point is the middle and
the weakest is the edges. Each crescent can only travel forward
from it starting point and once it reach's its furthest point it will
dissipate. There was no limit to how many he can send out.
Physical Transformation: is white hair turns black and his eyes turn
of his eyes turn black while the pupil turns red. His teeth sharpen
into shark like teeth and he gains both a black devil like tail and a
pair of small black horns on his forehead.
☭ Weakness: He has no access to his powers, in fact he doesn't even
know that he has powers. So until he unlocks his powers he is no
different than any other citizen without powers, well he does have
a bunch of training... but totally normal.
☭ Weapon of Choice: Longsword, though he is also well versed in
throwing knives and maces and hammers, basically almost any
weapon. From a young age he had to learn how to fight with
anything he could lay his hands on.

☭ History: Born weakly and sick doctors feared that the implant
made to block in natural powers would only make Dyaus worse. For
that reason they didn't give him an implant, intending to give it to
him when he was stronger. As soon as Dyaus was old enough his
parents discreetly placed him with a creche of boys, not known for
their kindness nor their good will. It was there he stayed until the
authorities got wind of a kid without an implant. They captured him
with the full intent of forcing the implant on him. However when
they went to test Dyaus they found he had no power what so ever,
there wasn't even a vague trace of one. So they let him go, more
out of pity than anything else. Shortly after the Uprising found him
and he has been living and training under their protection ever
since.

☭ Personality: Despite being a part of the Phoenix squad and considered
a hero by some, Dyaus is also only human. He has his ups and his
downs, like most humans. He is not one way at all times. His mood,
condition, and various other factors come into play during his
decision making and reactions. However there are certain common
themes that tend to prevail. He has a twisted sense of justice,
pushing the belief that the ends will justify the means to an extent.
Even he has a set of morals and lines that he is unwilling to cross no
matter what. His mentality is unstable, and sometimes lets his
emotions override his logic and dominate his actions. Particularly he
has deep anger issues, which he tends to channel into determination
often blinding him from and of his own wrong doing and pushing him
to accomplish his twisted goals. He is quick to pass judgment, and
reluctant to accept it. He is very proud and righteous, seemingly
refusing to accept that any of his actions as unjust at times. However
along with all these bad qualities he is also fiercely loyal and is
willing to do anything for someone he considers to be family.

☠️ Skills: Analysis: The user can perform complex visual scans on
their environment or creatures around them and determine their
intimate properties or detect their presence. They can also diagnose
the condition of what they observe and find inconsistencies or errors.
The user can also scan anything and analyze the data and information
that is gathered, including not just technological and digital subjects,
but also subjects that are biological, chemical, etc.
Details: He can determine the height, weight, strength,
speed and flexibility. However the biggest thing is that his scan
shows a rating of all the persons weakest points on their body. When
he activates Scan, his view becomes darker and he sees lines from
different parts that he is concentrating on, with numbers indicating
its status on those lines. If he wants he is able to access a sort of
footnote section that shows all the non physical weakness of that
person. His eyes glow when he is activating the scan and so the mask
or googles that he uses both help conceal when he is using it but they
also help him to focus on what he is scanning.
☠️ Weakness: When he is using his power his vision fades a little to
allow him to focus on the stats in his vision. This makes fighting
while using his power difficult and swapping between using his power
and not is very taxing and often leads to head ache if he swaps to
many times in a row. On top of that his crippling body dysphoria
causes him to be very removed from any social interaction. It is very
hard to get close to him and with his mask on it is hard to get a good
read on what he is really feeling. This means it is hard to trust him
and it is easy to just judge him on his intimidating appearance.

☠️ History: While his father was originally from Oneta and his mother
being half Ninon and half Twodor Augustino was born in Ninon.
Though he never actually grew up in Ninon, his parents smuggled him
away to the Uprising shortly after he was born. So he grew up in the
Uprising headquarters. His parents where the shinning beacon of
what their districts should be and Augustino couldn't help but notice
how he didn't look like how the other districts were supposed to look.
Which is where is self hatred started to brew. When he was fifteen
his parents were killed and he found himself training more than ever.
Though if that was to train to help the Uprising or an attempt to
stay away from the other rebels only Augustino knows that.

☠️ Personality: Augustino is known for many things, his martial
arts skills, his skills with the blade, his intimidating presence and his
extremely deep voice. However more personal things seem to be a
myth or maybe just something made up to make him human. A fact
that makes him seem more mysterious and scary than he really is. In
reality he doesn't speak much because he knows it throws people off.
It makes some people very uncomfortable. Reaching deeper he is
fiercely loyal, doing anything and everything in his power to take
care of the people he cares about. All he wants is for his friends and
family to have a happy and fulfilling life. Reaching even deeper he
has extreme body dysphoria to the point where he can't even look at
himself in the mirror without wearing a mask or baggy cloths. In fact
he is so dysphoric that he can't even stand hugs, arms wrapping
around him remind him where his frame is and can cause panic
attacks. Similarly if his mask is removed or he is forced to wear
clothes that accentuate his frame it causes panic attacks and break
downs. The only time he is able to handle a hug is when someone he
cares about needs one to feel better. This can be seen by critics as
being evil, some might even call them death hugs. All and all despite
his dark appearance he is actually just a guy trying his best.

♕ Personality: It is shown that Quinn's major thing is his
charisma, being able to easily charm most people around him thanks
to his looks and being friendly in general. He is a bright cheerful
easy-going young man. He will approach everything with the
confidence born of amazing talent and incredible training. Yet he
manages to never seem pretentious in the slightest, always caring
for others and being genuinely attentive. He also always has some
light banter ready for combat. Although he's not a motormouth, he
usually seems very relaxed when in the midst of battle. However,
what makes him tick is a deep, burning desire to make the world a
better, safer place where justice actually exists. He has a very
strong "nobody dies on my watch" code. He is a cunning strategist
and is particularly skilled at mind games to throw his opponents off.
He is not above using dirty tactics, though he does so out of true
care for his allies as he would rather his allies be alive through shady
ploys than dead by sticking to a higher sense of morals. Aside from
the usual casualties of war, his schemes mainly focus on
incapacitation as he does not relish in killing unless absolutely
necessary.

Quinn she has taught herself how to be a tattoo artist. She has a few
on her back that Quinn did for her but everything else including the
raven on her chest she did herself. The few piercings she has Quinn

☯ Skills: Shield:The user is capable of conjuring a shield with the
max size of a small town. The shield itself can protect those inside
from physical harm but given enough power it is also capable of
hiding those inside from all senses thus protecting them from anyone
searching for certain individuals. However at the max the power is
very draining and causes the user to fall into a deep sleep. Before
falling into a deep sleep the user is able to hold the shield at
maximum size for about fifteen minutes. Depending on the power
level of the individual this can be held indefinitely. However the
longer the user holds the shield whilst unconscious the longer they
remain unconscious once they let the shield down. The shield itself
doesn't have to be a big as a small town in most instances the user
will use it to form a small dome over an injured ally. Another more
common use is a shield the size of a regular shield that can be used
as one would use a normal metal or wooden shield. All various sizes
of shields are transparent and the only sign of when they are being
deployed is an oil spill like shimmer. If one is not looking for it then
they wouldn't spot it.
☯ Weakness: When she uses the shield for long periods of time she
is forced to sleep before she can use the shield again. If she falls
unconscious whilst maxing out her shield she needs at least 24 hours
of sleep for every fifteen minutes that the shield is active.
☯ Weapon of Choice: While she would always prefer to go about
things in a more peaceful way she is quite well trained in twin
daggers. When she is traveling she keeps small daggers in her boots.
She is also quite well versed with the sword and shield.

☯ History: Aisling was born to Valence and Iekik McCarthy, two
rebels from the Uprising. While her mother strove to instill their own
polite and formal upbringing, her father showed her all the video
games that he had grown up on. Whenever either of her parents left
on a mission they would return with gifts and goodies for Aisling and
for the other young kids. In particular any kid whose parents had
passed away would receive personalized gifts from Aislings parents.
Sadly when she was sixteen her parents were caught and executed for
treason. Rather than allow herself to be caught up in her grief she
poured herself into her training and and volunteered even more at
the health ward. She works hard to make sure that everyone has
what they need, in fact she designated the smallest bedroom for
herself so that the others would have more space.

☯ Personality: Calm, collected, kind, and graceful Aisling is
well loved by those in the health ward where she spends most of her
time. While her ability isn't necessarily healing related she strives to
learn as much as she can from the medics so that on the off chance
that someone is injured she can both protect them and hopefully
heal them. She has a gentle and generous soul that seems directly at
odds with her more dark appearance. She is soft spoken and sweet
and has a sort of serene vibe to her, those that vibe well with her tend
to have a feeling of calmness fall over them when they see her. She
attributes that her to ability to create shields so anyone in tune with
her might sense that protective ability and draw some measure of
reassurance from it. However she doesn't have any solid evidence for
this. Despite her serene demeanor she has been known to have her
own fair share of silly moments. She also isn't ever afraid to speak
her mind, though no matter what she has to say it is usually in a
gentle manner. She is usually quite polite and formal normally
though she has an uncanny ability to sense what makes people most
at ease and will slip into speaking patterns that put people at ease.
This can both be a gift and a curse at times. If she isn't sure how to
act around someone then she asks permission for everything, hugs
handshakes etc.
