he really is just the way he sounds. he doesn't seem to get angry ever; in fact,
it's half near impossible, as sterling hides his true feelings deep inside himself.
it goes along with his fear of coming across too demanding, which comes to the
forefront of his daily activities as the lead hunter. it's easy to take advantage of
his sweet demeanor, and he'd work extra hard to cover for you. just expect heaps
of passive-aggressive comments or the world famous side eye in turn.
𝟎𝟑. dream job? cool uncle. his chill attitude makes him great with kids, but
he'd much rather be the kind to teach them swears than actually raise them.
𝟎𝟒. sterling is very good at reading moods, and uses this most frequently to avoid
situations in which he has to deal with any heavy topics.

even when he does something dumb, he never seems embarrassed and turns it
into a joke to uplift others instead. the blond point is not loud simply in his
voice, but in his entire demeanor. he has a strong and rather boisterous
presence wherever he happens to go. his tendency to want to impress others
and crack jokes can interfere with his focus sometimes, especially where
professionalism is important. while ridiculously friendly, rantaro has a rather
thick skull. he may make impulsive and reckless decisions on the fly without fully
thinking of the consequences, just to get some quick laughs or attention from his
peers. 𝟎𝟐. was bullied a lot as a kid, so he feels the need to act out and get
attention to fit in. it doesn't seem to phase him though? he'll make deprecative
comments about it if it gets a laugh. 𝟎𝟑. he's really more of a follower than
a leader, since his own decisions never seem to be well thought-out and can
lead to chaos. would probably microwave his phone if left unattended for five
minutes,, because why not? 𝟎𝟒. needs validation,,, constantly. if you
devote even two minutes of your time to him, he's probably thinking of ways
to confess his undying love to you. 𝟎𝟓. cried for two hours after watching 'the
notebook'. such a hopeless romantic, he even cries at the end of rom-coms.

she's an extremely skilled pokémon professor; sometimes,
she jokingly thinks that the position was made for her. she
has no trouble at all remembering obscure facts, egg
groups, and hidden abilities due to her memory, which is
as sharp as a knife. she is never bored with her job and
takes her work incredibly seriously, which means that most
of her free time is spent working in her office or on a new
evolution method rather than,,, socializing. oleander can
keep a conversation going for a solid eight seconds, sure,
but flirting? that might be,,, a different story. is there a
paper on this she can look up? hopefully this whole soul-
mate thing can be a study into friendship and romance?
she used to wonder what friendship could be-

really tries to be caring, but usually comes off as aloof
because of her detached nature and straightforward way
of speaking. oleander just wants her students to like her,
but they seem more interested in her dopey slowking
because he's "approachable", "pink", and "smiles".

due to her achievements as a student under professor
elm, oleander feels she has set his standards of
expectation too high and people think she is capable of
greater things than she is. this causes her to worry
about everything she does, like she’s being judged. she
tries to put this past him, but every now and then
insecurities creep up. good thing slowking's pretty good
at reading her and brews some chamomile to calm her.

to those who do not know him, markus is a joyous, happy, and
all-around pleasant guy to be around. those who do know him have
seen both sides of the coin. he is typically referred to as very
talkative and extroverted, finding joy simply in the presence of others.
bringing laughter to those around him is taken as an active challenge
and you can count on him to lighten heavy moods. this in mind, he is
very sociable and an easy friend to make who doesn't judge quickly.
on the technical side, he asks far too many questions and can't exaclty
get himself out of troublesome situations. the whole 'magic-less' thing
doesn't stop him from trying to stand up to those more powerful than
he is. markus really should stop running headfirst into things, but he
swears it's a part of his charm. he enjoys taking in new information,
from his friends, but it does tend to go into one ear and straight out
the other. having a rather bad memory, he struggles to retain
information and can be forgetful at times. tending to also be a bit
oblivious, he is not easily insulted if the remark made is witty.
he is terrible at verbal fights and prefers getting her point across
physically. if he's presented with a blunt insult or taunt, he will boldly
take on the challenge and perhaps even get himself injured in the
process. as long as he comes out on top, however, he'll be okay!
