"Hi, I'm Cecily! It's nice to meet you! Oh, yes, my full name is Cecily Dominique Monet. My brother calls me Isabelle, now, too - but that's just because I'm an Animal Crossing geek, haha. Although, I really don't mind being called anything else, so call me pretty much whatever you please. My birthday is on September 25th, and I'm twenty-two years old. I am, indeed, a girl."

Cecily has chocolate brown hair that reaches just slightly below her shoulders. She usually likes to keep it styled in large, bouncy curls, straightened, or pulled up into a ponytail. Really, though, as long as it is styled in some way or another, and it's not just hanging in her face, she will be known to do a lot of different styles with her hair that are in style. Although, she doesn't care much for most buns, so she usually doesn't go for that style when it comes to simple, everyday styles. She has bright, blue eyes that are rimmed by long eyelashes. Her complexion is quite pale during the colder months, but she does tan fairly well when she is exposed to the sun more often. She stands at a mere five feet and two inches tal. She has a thin figure, which could almost be considered hourglass. She also has toned muscles, but not overly done.
Personality
Cecily is typically more on the quiet side - however, she's not really shy. In fact, loves to talk to people and make new friends. The problem is that she feels she can be quite awkward, and gets quite self-conscious and insecure. Because of this, she tends to be more of a listener, and is oftentimes afraid to voice her thoughts and opinions, as a result. Even aside from this, however, she does tend to have mostly introverted tendencies. She likes her alone time, along with the peace and quiet.
She used to tend to daydream, and would constantly make up scenarios in her mind. Usually, she did this to keep herself entertained, if she got ideas from something, or was just trying to answer the 'what if's of life to her best ability, based on what she knows and learns. She has a rather creative and inquisitive mind, and so this just encouraged her to daydream, even more. Though ahe typically can control this more often, these days, sometimes she will still do this, and end up zoning out, or getting lost in her own thoughts. She isn't the best at paying attention in this state, as a result. She does use her daydreams to her advantage at least, however - she loves to read, but also loves to write, so these daydreams oftentimes inspire some sort of short story or poetry.
Cecily is oftentimes viewed as high-spirited, and always seems to have a youthful glow about her. At the same time, however, she is, in many ways, an old soul. She feels her morals, values, and ideals oftentimes line up more closely with generations past, rather than her own generation. Overall, one could call her a combination of a young heart mixed together with an old soul.
