Dislikes: Being thought of as weak, not being in control, heat-waves, strangers, impoliteness, grapes, being woken up, Physical Description: A 6' 3" stocky ginger Lyall tends to stand out where ever he goes. Though he doesn't look it he is quite strong his build made up of lean muscle. He has a large scar stretching down the left side of his face (slightly above his eyebrow to about his mid-cheek) from a hunter attack when he was a child. One can usually find him scowling his dark eyes blocking off any attempts at personal connection. He tends to be on the scruffier side no matter what he tries, much to his chagrin. He has a couple of small runic tattoos on his upper back.
Personality: Lyall is wary and seems to be always on guard. The only people he trusts are his fellow wolves, and even then he keeps most of them at arm's length. Though he can to be very snippy he hides behind a wall of cool politeness. Lyall is always looking for something new to pursue or learn and won't stop until he's perfected whatever he's learning. Interrupting him from his focus is on to get you an even more grumpy version of him. He is very organized, sometimes obsessively so. Underneath all of the ice and walls Lyall has built he desires to feel close to people something he also fears. He'll also stand up for you if someone is being rude, but he will do it when you're not looking and in an understated manner. He will protect his pack and the people he trusts at all costs, even if it will cause him harm.
History: Lyall was the runt of his rather large and not quite happy family of Red-wolves, his parents split when he was 2 and he was sent into the foster system at age 5 after his mom killed in a "hunting accident", and after almost exposing himself around human foster parents he was found by the pack and brought to be raised in Cranberry. Unfourtantly, a hunter had been tracking family through and killing them. Eventually getting to Cranberry and ended up trying to use him and a human woman to bait out the pack, Lars and the others saved them and killed the hunter but not before the hunter scared him with a silver knife and having to expose themselves to the human. Lyall always blamed himself for not being a strong enough wolf (despite being a 6-year-old).
As he grew up he never quite fit in with the other kids his age, he was much too serious and guarded to even try to do anything, someone, his age should. He liked Johann and the other wolves around his age and would hang out near them but never quite with them. He ended up attending a nearby college at Lars' prompting where he did end up making some kinda-friends who he ended up quickly loosing once he returned to Cranberry.
At 19 he was contacted by his last surviving family member, his younger half-sister, a human named Hailey Adams. He is surprisingly close to Hailey despite the two never meeting before this. Lyall visits her a few times every year.
Other: Lyall has an extreme hatred of hunters since the incident when he was 6 and unfourtantly the sometimes carries over to any other new human he meets. Lyall idolized Lars after he saved his life and kind of saw him as a father figure. He works as a self-employed accountant, he has a small office is next to the bookstore.
Fun fact: His name basically means Wolf Fox
