━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━(prologue)
morgan doesn't have a l-
ot of memories of her f-
ather as he passed away
rather early on in her li-
fe. for most part, the m-
emories she has were h-
appy - she remembers a
man who was loving and
caring, and always able
to make her laugh no m-
atter the situation, and
one who didn't look do-
wn on her despite the d-
ifferences in their ages.
thehe death of anthony
stark struck her rather h-
arshly and, although she
now understands the re-
ason behind that, for m-
any years, she held a d-
eep resentment towards
him for leaving her, and
towards the world for a-
llowing such thing to h-
appen.
(act one)
morgan's childhood, foll
owing her father's death,
was not tragic at all, as
her mother, as well as o-
ther people, such as, for
instance, happy, tried th
eir best in raising her, h-
owever morgan always f-
elt this distinctive hole
that was left unfilled no
matter how much people
around her tried. much l-
ike her father, she show-
ed her genius early on:
at age seven, she found h-
erself fascinated with ro-
botic combat and hence
built her first robot, a s-
mall scale replica of iron
man mark L armor, which
was unfortunately banne-
d from the tournament.
when morgan entered sc-
hool, her mother used a
pseudonym, fearing that
people would use her if
they knew she was the
only child of tony stark.
(act two)
somewhere around age
twelve, morgan got real
rebellious and decided
to come out as "morgan
h. stark" in starkworthy
fashion by hacking into
news network broadcast,
which resulted in two thi-
ngs: her mother got as m-
ad as one can get, which
was an understandable r-
eaction, considering how
much work she had put i-
nto protecting her daug-
hter's identity, and, now
public was aware of her
existance which wouldn't
be a bad thing if not fo-
r the expectations that
were now thrown onto h-
er to be the perfect suc-
cesor to tony stark. at t-
hat point, morgan's chil-
dhood was fully over.
(act three)
at first, morgan enjoyed
her newfound fame, ho-
wever soon expectations
on the stark successor st-
arted pilling up. "be like
that, don't do that, why
aren't you more like him?"
no matter what she did,
she felt as though she w-
ould never be able to m-
eet what was awaited f-
rom her, which lead to h-
er developing a serious
generalized anxiety dis-
order and inferiority c-
omplex. at age sevent-
een, morgan graduated
summa cum laude in m-
athematics from MIT. a-
t age twenty, she prom-
ised herself that she w-
ould never become iron
man, wanting to make
her own path in life inst-
ead of following her fat-
her's. she'd break this p-
romise three years later.
