This guy is a whole mystery and a half. He's one of the meanest demons out there, and yet from the outside he looks like someone left him in the freezer for too long. Despite his calm and collected attitude on the outside, on the inside he's brimming with undeniable power and hatred. He can keep up a straight face up until the point where he can't. Val is powerful, and he's got the magic to prove it. If it weren't for his status, he probably would have tried to taken over the world by now.
Val is snide and snarky. The man can really hack up an argument if you catch him on the right day. He walks around with a 'I'm higher than thou' attitude almost every day. He has a smile that can burn your eyes. Its almost creepy.
He can sway you with his words, making you spill the beans you didn't want to spill without even knowing it.
Some call him God's Demon, because he wears mainly white and can be easily mistaken for an angel. However its hard to miss the big black horns growing from his head.
He loves playing tricks on people, his favorite language to speak is sarcasm and he wants to give you a hard time every chance he gets. His main goal is to make you have a bad day.
He's secretive about himself. He hardly lets anyone get close. Val doesn't care about you or your history, so don't even bother with the sob stories. Keep your mouth shut and your eyes away from his toned body (because he knows when you're looking when he's staring at you at all times). His last name means Bird of Prey which you can probably.. think.. is why he likes to keep an eye on people. He's a watcher and a smart alec.

Bits of information about him

Only two things are known for sure about the mysterious Reagan: he sets things on fire and he doesn't speak. Often. In fact, only the part about setting things on fire is undisputed. Some believe his occasional rasping wheeze may be some sort of cancer, or sickness. He claims its just asthma. Really his insides are damaged and will never breathe correctly again. Either way, he's a fearsome, inscrutable, on-fire Frankenstein of a man - if he even is a man.
I mean that's what they say about him, but really he's just a kind, warmhearted guy
He loves to talk, even if he does have problems talking due to the childhood fire that he caused and got stuck in..
It all started when he was young, and the youngling loved playing with fire. Everyone called him 'Pyro' and he loved it. Though one day he took it too far.. and he accidentally caught fire
He escaped with major burns to his neck, shoulders and hands
Though it didn't stop him from doing what he loved, he just does it to an extent..
And is extremely safe about it now.
But other than burning things he's an amazing listener and loves sweets
