foxleap is an average sized molly, one who holds her weight well. she's on the
smaller side but not to the extent that she looks like a kit. she has a short but thick brown
tabby pelt & blue/green eyes. she's not incredibly strong but she's known for being incredibly
quick on her paws & agile, able to jump around her opponent at such a fast rate that she
tends to confuse them or make them dizzy. she's not a bad hunter, but it isnt her favorite thing
to do. she does like laying about in the sun or splashing around in the river.

her little brother is troutpaw, but she's super protective over him, because she basically raised
him herself. their father died during the clan's journey to their new home, & their mother
went missing when troutpaw was 2 moons old, never to be found. foxleap is a relatively friendly
cat, enjoying conversing with her clanmates, but she also is known for having a bit of a temper,
not really having good control of her tongue when she gets riled up, especially if someone is picking
on her little brother. she'll either attack them verbally or even physically if provoked enough.

for his age, he's a small cat, one who is also very skinny/lanky & just doesnt hold
much weight on his bones. it probably doesnt help that he's a picky eater. he has
exceptional hearing & eyesight, which helps make up for his clumsiness during hunting
lessons. he doesnt like fighting very much but he does like hunting, and hopes to get better at it.

poor little guy doesnt have the best social skills. he just wants to make friends, but he
doesnt know how to have positive interactions with other cats, and so his fellow apprentices
tend to consider him awkward or weird. he's the little brother of foxleap, who essentially
raised him since his father died before he was born & his mother disappeared when he was
2 moons old. some suspect that his mother killed his father, and thats why she left the clan,
but thats just an unconfirmed rumor.

doesong is a very sweet, almost motherly cat. she is always worrying about her friends, whether
they're being safe or doing something foolish. she's there when anyone needs advice, somehow
having an old soul that gives her wisdom beyond her years. she's a friendly molly, one who really
enjoys socializing with others and just being around other cats in general. she has no problem
making new friends or starting up a conversation with anyone at any time.

over-protected her from the harsh cruelties of the world, and her parents were two senior

owlfur is very much the kind of cat that everyone sort of sees either as a father or a big brother.
he just has that very calming, compassionate aura about him, giving off the chill but loving vibes.
he tends to be the type to talk less, listen more; he knows pretty much everyone's business, either
because they trusted him with it or he overheard it at some point, but he's very trustworthy, and
unless you give him express permission to tell someone something, he'll take your secret to the grave.

owlfur didnt have a very stable family life growing up, so he sort of turned into the friend that he
wished he had had in his family. his father was not around, just a passing rogue or loner, and his
mother was very harsh and not at all ready to be a mother to her kits. he had a sister, pebblepaw,
but she passed away in a hunting accident while they were still apprentices, thinking she was
following the scent of a rabbit that turned out to be a badger.

ravenpaw is a sweet cat, she's just so incredibly shy that its sad. she gets incredibly
nervous talking to others, especially because she has a stutter when she talks, and she tends
to fumble over her words. it doesnt help that shes very clumsy, always tripping over her own
feet as well, and some of the other apprentices make fun of her for it.

honestly, her parents were both too young and naive to have kits at their age. turtlestep and
mousewhisper were only sixteen moons, barely being made warriors, when mousewhisper fell
pregnant and the pair became mates. neither of them had both of their parents growing up
to raise them, so they didnt know how to be healthy parents to little ravenpaw when she was
born. they tried their best, but did more harm then good, causing her to have so many expectations
on her little back that she was constantly jumpy, always looking over her shoulder.

lionpaw is a strong tom, one who has opinions and is not afraid of making them known to others. he tries not
to do it in a disrespectful way, but at times his emotions get the best of him and he can snap without thinking.
honestly he just wants to learn all that he can and prove his worth, but sometimes he can come across as
overly-confident or even cocky to other cats. he's really not arrogant though; underneath that tough guy
exterior he's insecure about ever achieving the standards set by his father.

lionpaw was born in the beginning of the spring, so prey was plentiful and the weather was beautiful. it was
really a perfect day, but unfortunately, his mother was fighting a late case of greencough towards the end of
her pregnancy, and lionpaw was the only of his litter who was born alive. aspenclaw (father) and lilywhisper (mother)
viewed him as their little miracle, and the fact that he was born so strong and healthy, despite his mother's
illness, made them name him after the fierce lion. lilywhisper passed away when he was barely a moon old, but
while heartbroken, aspenclaw poured his everything into raising his son, and so lionpaw put his all into being
the greatest warrior he could ever possibly become, hoping to one day become deputy and leader.

viperstar couldnt have been named more perfectly; starclan has a sense of humor sometimes, dont they?
he doesnt give a crap about anyone but himself and his own self-serving interests, and to him there is nothing
more valuable than power. he can be incredibly manipulative, known for being very suave and knowing how
to convince, or scare, others into giving him what he wanted. to him, life is all about strategy; if you want to win,
you had better have a good playbook figured out in your head.

it is said that viperstar is a direct descendant of heronstar, the mad ruler; he is his grandson, in fact. the two share
many personality similarities, as well as the fact that viperstar apparently looks like a carbon copy of his ancestor.
he claims that in a dream he was met by viperstar, who urged him to gather the remaining exiles who came from
the descendants of coniferclan cats. he was weary at first, but the promise of glory and power, well, it was all
that he needed to urge him forward into action.

bearkit still has a whole life to live and honestly still has to figure out who he is and
where he fits into this crazy world. technically, he's the oldest and the only male of his litter,
so its his responsibility to carry on the family name with honor. his father is very harsh and
expects him to be perfect at all times. bearkit doesnt really get to play or have fun like most
other kits his age would; he's essentially been an apprentice "training" since his eyes were open.
he tends to be kind of emotionless/closed-off, since he's been taught that showing how he feels
is a weakness he must never allow others to see. he's expected to take over grimclan/coniferclan
one day when his parents die, and he is expected to fight alongside the warriors when the battle comes.

azalea is incredibly gifted with other languages, specifically the native tongues/languages of other magical beings. no one really knows why, but she just picks up language very quick and easily; her memory just loves it. she can fluidly speak mermish, giant, trolls, gobbledegook (gobblins), and even parseltongue, although she keeps that last one pretty on the down low since she's not a slytherin. azalea is a very outgoing and friendly person who enjoys conversing with others, whether she knows they really well or hardly at all. she is good at reading other peoples emotions/vibes, and decided to take divination this year to see if she's do well at it. she loves to go out and have fun, and while she isnt necessarily a troublemaker, she's not afraid to break some rules to go on an adventure. azalee is almost always seen with a bright smile on her face, and its very common to hear her laughter throughout the halls.

she's actually related to the lovegoods, through a distant cousin somewhere down the maternal family line. azalea's mother lucinda was a witch and her father was a muggle who never knew he was in a relationship with a witch; he found out she was pregnant and dipped out of their lives. it was alright though, azalea enjoyed being raised by her single mother, who was truly an incredible woman in her opinion. they grew up in the country, on a small piece of land; they had a single dairy cow and a few hens for eggs, but their home was primarily covered in flowers of all kinds. azalea's favorite flowers are sunflowers, which are all over their property. her mother lucinda is actually a healer at St Mungo's Hospital, a very popular one, because she is very skilled in a variety of healing remedies.
