- Years of wildness and solitude have left Cerise a truly tough wolf. She knows life is not secure. The three and a half years young gal hailed from the walls of Great China hence her complete fluency in the language, but after being cast out to English lands two years ago, she has been forced to apply her knowledge of its tongue. Cerise's original name was actually Hong Lan 红兰, but for the sakes of the wolves in this country she has not used it for a long time.
A loner in this cruel world means a lot. Most say wolves are social creatures and one would not be able to survive alone, but Cerise is used to shooting that full of holes. She has a fierce spirit and a sharp mind to boot, and is almost exceedingly cautious at that. Anything could happen in an instant. She learned that the hard way when an elk had kicked her brother squarely in the neck, killing him instantaneously. To say Cerise was a little bit cynical would be fitting - she simply does not believe most good things done were for noble intentions. Everyone must have had a darker motive in her eyes. Cerise is also very perceptive and logical, able to notice changes in her surroundings or others very easily, with the aid of her elephant memory. Resourceful and cunning, she knows the way to slip away from risky situations unscathed, and would observe the survival tactics of other wolves and learn them to her own advantage.
This perhaps makes Cerise a very... Dangerous loner to have on your lands, but she has an intolerance for just about anything, really and could be considered undiplomatic and unforgiving when she wants to be. She does know how to watch out for herself however, and you would almost never find her being rude or disrespectful. Her always-on-guard nature builds unnecessary walls around herself, all in the name of not dying in vain. She speaks to few and trusts even fewer. Though she might seem stiff in many ways, she is known to lapse into those demure, elegant ways she had when she was still in China. Cerise is kind deep down and would never turn down a wolf in need, sympathising with their suffering. She would also be the most trustworthy wolf you would ever meet, which is somewhat ironic seeing that she doesn't even trust many at all. Once you show her your sincerity be careful however, she can sniff out lies faster than you can say jack robinson, she will indeed prove to be an invaluable, fiercely loyal and wise companion you would have.

Cerise has a lush, silky silver coat with splashes of fawn on her legs and neck. In China, this coat was faintly scented and a solid gold necklace adorned her neck, but just thinking of her past as a pup makes her weary. She has a scent of lavender with a rich tea base. She is slender and relatively well-proportioned and any unnecessary fat have long been stripped away by her provincial life. Cerise has deep, golden-amber eyes like gleaming tiger-eyes stones, showing her uncanny intelligence. She is very fast and agile with excellent stamina (though she cannot maintain high speeds for very long). Her strength comes in surprising bursts in her hind legs when she leaps, or her kicks or bites. Two triangular ears rest upon an elegantly curved head. A sore joint is triggered whenever she starts to run, though she always tries to suppress it. Apart from running and jumping, she has a hidden talent for swimming.
