History;
Toby was born in California, but moved to New York City for college. He had a knack for chemistry his whole life, more specifically things that go 'boom' when you mix them. When he was little, he wanted to be a policeman, but as he grew up he began to think that government is inherently corrupt. He eventually decided to take matters into his own hands, and took on the alias 'Vulture' and donned his homemade suit. Since then, he's been using his expertise to bring his own sense of justice to the city.

he manages to pass it off as being cold, but he's actually terrified of most things. he's
also awful at spending money. he always spends it all in one place and on things he
doesn't even want or need. because of that, he's almost always broke. he's also very
selfish, and would save himself before anyone else.

history; fynn was born into poverty. he never could afford proper food, and often
resorted to stealing and conning. he had a younger sister that he took care of for most
of his childhood, but he became bitter when she married into a rich family, giving
nothing to him. he eventually heard of the riches to be found in the east, as much gold
as he could imagine. he joined a crew aboard a ship owned by a rich englishman, and
everything seemed to be going well. when they were nearly there, his ship was attacked
by pirates, and he was given the choice to join them or die. he chose to join the crew,
and eventually dueled the captain, killing him and taking his place. ever since, he has
been searching for a treasure that is said to be hiding just under the water for someone
to claim it.
