about them do send me a pm :3)
If you do feel the need to absolutely use my forms, and
not plagiarize them, I can happily either create one for
you or give you a blank template! All you need to do is
ask!! (by pm of course c: ) and it will either be a small
itsy-bitsy fee or I (most likely) will do it free.
