as a young boy after leaving his friends behind. obito fell into many
traps now becoming the murderous boy known today.
blood status- full japanese
history; obito led an incredibly happy life as a genin. he had a fantastic
team, friends, and parents. when his parents died and he fought obito
saw no reason to trust anymore. blinded by reality he accept help from some
incredibly poisonous wizards and shinobi.

appearance; odara is a short and skinny shinobi.
her outfit choices often make her appear to be male
as she is incredibly flat chested. she has scroll runes navy blue
all over her body to help her contain the rinnegan. odara
has messy, long brown hair, almost like madara's hair except
her's is pulled back into a ponytail. she wears a village
hidden in the sound headband around her neck. odara
wears a top like deidara xxx, and a jacket like obito had when
he was younger except this jacket has the uchiha symbol and the village hidden
in the sound symbol on the back of it. she has two rinnegan eyes and
a long scar running down from the bottom of her left eye down to her collar
bone. her facial structure is built so she looks almost more like a child and less
intimidating than she'd like.

personality; odara is incredibly self-righteous. she tends to only
do things if she finds they could benefit her or if someone higher commands
her to. odara has very little respect for higher images and only respects
orochimaru and madara uchiha. when odara sees a goal ahead she will go
for it with very little care who she hurts in the process. odara has been known
to only be befriended by one shinobi in the village hidden in the sound, kabuto.

backstory; odara was born in a village outside the village hidden in the
sound to obito uchiha and a woman who's name has never been mentioned. all
odara knowns is that her last name is kazuko and odara has adopted that last name.
odara used to be very high sprung and joyful. she received the rinnegan at the young
age at 5 and has never been able to summon her own chakra. because of that she uses
her rinnegan to make chakra and the intense use of her rinnegan has made her blind.
odara's mother died when she was born and ever since then she's trained with kabuto and
orochimaru. later on in her life she realized with the rinnegan she can control
not only her chakra but other people's chakra too.

combat; odara uses amaterasu which is the highest level of flame jutsu
along with her rinnegan to flip odds over to her side in battle. she tends to use
a special kunai blade obito gave her that has the uchiha symbol on it and can
cause searing pain in others when stabbed with it. odara uses fire style jutsus
and earth style jutsus. odara is not the best when it comes to taijutsu and tries
to steer clear of that.

rockoons are a result of a radioactive experiment that happened deep within a stone
mine. scientists were trying to discover if an ordinary raccoon could survive in different
environments. the first batch of raccoons responded positive to these experiments
and scientist pushed to get more of the forest creatures into the caves. the head
scientist started to get ahead of himself and secretly, along with five other people,
began to conduct experiments that involved radiation (don't be alarmed this did not
physically harm the raccoons). raccoons are mischievous creatures and curiosity
got the better of them. they crept into the scientist's lab and completely destroyed
everything. the cause of everything mixing together causes these raccoons to form
harmless  mutations. crystals started to grow on the raccoons themselves and soon
enough it spread throughout the gaze causing what are now known as rockoons !

rockoons are a larger species of raccoons weighing at about 40 pounds. they're omnivorous
creatures that mostly rely on the herbs in their habitats. they're red blooded quadruped
creatures that tend to stick in groups called gazes (or nurseries) rockoons are extremely
protective of their young until they reach maturity. [/size][/list][/left]

ciscos is a closed species and anyone without permission may not create one | selling or purchasing ciscos with any type of payment is prohibited

all customs and growths must have a fake sign until they're approved | all growths and customs must be approved by a staff member
customs and growths can be made by any user (with the right permissions)

one breeding will result in 1-4 kits (rolled randomly) | all legendary rolls will be done with two or more staff present (via discord)
rockoons can be any sexual orientation and gender and may breed with any sexual orientation and gender | inces​tuous relationships and relationships involving kits with adults are not allowed.
users may not pm an artist about breeding slots. they will remain public so everyone has a fair chance | all breeding items must be on the breeding ticket

[b]limits, cooldowns, & readoptions[/b]
users may own an unlimited amount of rockoons but can not win more than four main adopts a month
users must own a rockoon 30 days before trading it | kits can be grown 20 days after the batch is posted (pre-growths allowed)
a user may trade multiple rockoons between them and [b]one user[/b] | users may make a three-way trade for example user a trades their rockoon to user b, user b trades their kalon to user c, and user c trades their rockoon to user a
all readoptios must be held publicly on the cs forms | any user can hold a readoption
if a readoption is not judged one month after the deadline a staff member will step in and judge it | once a readoption has been posted / advertised the host can not back out and the readoption must continue on

artist can hold any competition type for their adopts | adopts currently can not be sold for currency but the opportunity will open up
unless an artist is commissioned they can not take payment for nursery batches
