"the executioner"
this seven year old she-wolf comes from a past no one knows anything about. she appeared out of the darkness and walked right into the demon camp. proceeding to kill any wolf who tried to stop her, she then -bloodied and missing half her right ear- challenged the beta and won, claiming the rank for herself and officially joining the pack. raziel is violent and dangerous on a good day, you don't want to see her on a bad day. she is probably the best fighter in the pack besides her alpha, and she's just as violent as he. there are few wolves this fea cares very much about, and you'll know if she cares. while she may be violent and aggressive towards everyone on any day, if she cares about you, she may be somewhat less aggressive towards you, and she will fight to the death to protect you. raziel is mysterious, violent, and fiercely loyal. and she is respectful to those who earn it. in her mind, if they can't earn it, they don't deserve it. so far, only akela has her complete respect. if she is not shown the correct respect, and you can't show her that she should respect you, she will rip your throat out without a second thought. because of her first entrance into the pack, she is known as "the executioner".

indentRaziel is her name, don't call her anything
else. perhaps
Beta or Executioner will work, but
anything else will get you a new scar. the name's
origin is unknown, and if you try to shorten it in
any way, you won't have time to run.

indentSage and Rain are the scents that linger in
this she-wolf's pelt. Now you may be wondering
what rain smells like? or maybe you already know.
well, this is what it is - the scent of the air right
before a thunder storm rolls overhead, and the
scent right after fresh rain has fallen. The way
the sage is strong and calming, and the air is sweet
and fresh.

indentHer voice is that of Ali Ahn, she is
very verbally aggressive and isn't afraid to speak
and snarl whatever she thinks about you. this
she-wolf could care less if she offends you with
her words and insults are often flowing from her
scarred maw.

indentRaziel is a 7 year old she-wolf
indentRaziel is a lithe, muscular, well-built
she-wolf. Her ebony black pelt lies upon strong,
thick muscle that powers her murderous moves.
she has many scars and is missing half her right
ear.

born into a large pack and into a loving family, the little black pup had a good start. she had three siblings, two sisters and a brother. her and her brother were both solid black while her sisters were both brown and grey. the little black she-pup was born the strongest of the four, though, she had a heart of gold. her and her brother were best friends and always played together, as well as went everywhere together. they were inseparable, even both training to be hunters together. it was also odd how they were the only two wolves in the pack who had been black for many years. The shaman would always say they were destined for greatness.

"Gadriel, come on! Let's go play in the creek!" the little she-wolf barked as she took off out of camp. A little black brute tumbled after her in a hurry. "Raz, wait up! You're too fast!" he howled. As they sprinted off into the woods toward the sound of rushing water, an old white she-wolf got up from her place in the sun to follow. Myra was an elder in the pack, and she was the grandmother of the two rascals who constantly insisted upon running off to the water. As the elder fea trotted after the pups, she nodded to her son and his mate as she passed. Her son was the Alpha male here, and she was proud as he was a good, strong leader. The elder padded through the woods, listening to the creek as she approached. She spotted the two black pups splashing around in the water and chuckled. "Gadriel, Raziel, you shouldn't go running off without telling anyone. Some day I may not be paying attention, and your parents would be heartbroken if they lost you," this wasn't the first time she had given this sort of lecture, but it seemed that they may be finally old enough to understand. The expressions on their faces were those of shame and sorrow. "We don't mean to worry anybody, Nana. We just wanted to play..." Raziel spoke up. She was always the one to speak when the two were addressed. Gadriel never was one to talk to anyone but Raziel. She was the only one who get him to speak.

these two inseparable pups would train together and play together, and stayed side by side for almost two years. they were best friends and had become great hunters together. the two always hunted together and rarely ever returned without a large amount of prey. they were an amazing team for the short while they were hunters together. but then there came a day when everything changed.

"Are you coming Raz?" the black brute called over his shoulder as he padded out of camp. His father had decided to send him and his favorite sister out on a two day hunting trip. "Gadriel, since when did you become the fast one?" the black fea joked as she trotted to catch up with him. They both chuckled and then were walking side by side, heading out into the forest. "Since you started laying around being lazy," he remarked with a laugh, taking off at a lope, knowing his sister would be hot on his heels. As expected, Raziel took off after him, laughing and howling in excitement. She caught up to him easily, passing him with a challenging look. "You're such a cheater! You know you're faster than me!" he howled as she passed him. Gadriel shook his head and sped up, though he knew he could never beat his sister in a race. She pulled further from him in the race and took a sharp turn, figuring he would follow her scent and enjoy the mock hunt. At first he followed her scent once he could no longer see her, and laughed at her antics. She always did this to him on these kinds of hunts and it always made everything more fun and more interesting. But it wasn't too long until she stopped running and waited for him to catch up. The black fea sat in the shadows -hidden for the most part- and waited for her brother to come find her. After a decent amount of time, she removed herself from the shadows and looked around. "Gadriel?" she called out into the fading daylight. He usually found her easily, but right now he was nowhere to be seen. Raziel tasted the air, but couldn't find her brother's scent on the breeze. Confused and somewhat worried, Raziel retraced her path and looked around. She constantly attempted to locate her brother's scent, but came up empty every time. "Dri? Where are you? This isn't funny, Gadriel. How are you staying so hidden?" she called out, a slight panic slipping into her voice. Where was her brother and how had his scent disappeared? It was then that a very strong metallic scent hit her nose. Blood. Upon identifying the scent, she followed it, looking everywhere for the origin. Eventually, her nose finally led her to a large pool of blood. And it was simply just that, a pool of blood, and nothing else. Even without evidence, she knew the blood belonged to her brother.

after the sudden disappearance and supposed death of her brother, the young black she-wolf could not bare to hunt. she just couldn't do it without him. she couldn't do anything without him at first. the black fea would simply sit in camp, sometimes hidden deep inside her den. nothing and no one could drag her out. her parents and siblings tried constantly, but to no avail. it was not for a few months that she returned to the pack life. it was maybe four months after she had banished herself to her den that she rose and rejoined her pack. what had drawn her out was the news that her grandmother was dying. when she left her den, she spoke to no one and looked at no one, making her way to where her grandmother was. the old she-wolf was laying in a patch of sunlight that was filtered through the trees. upon seeing her granddaughter, she struggled to lift her head. seeing how fast her grandmother was fading, the young black wolf felt sorrow and fear at losing the old wolf. she lay down beside her grandmother and let her grandmother's head fall on her paws. then, she lay her head over her grandmother's back and lay with her, grooming the old wolf and staying as close as she could. while everyone had noticed the black she-wolf appear, no one approached or interrupted. they simply watched the pair, black and white, and waited.

"Raziel?" the young wolf heard her father's voice, but ignored him. She hadn't acknowledged him or anyone else for months. "Raziel, it's your grandmother," he father's voice held sorrow and the topic being her grandmother was what made Raz lift her head from her paws. Dull amber eyes gazed blankly at the hole that was the entrance to her den. Then, silently, she rose and for the first time in a long while, left her den and stepped into the light. Her grandmother was laying in a patch of sunlight, her ragged white fur rising and falling as her chest moved with her breathing. Raziel did not look at anyone but her grandmother as she moved to lay beside her. The young black wolf settled behind the old white wolf and rested her head over the old wolf's back. Realizing that her head may be causing her grandmother's breathing to be more difficult, she lifted it slightly and began grooming the old wolf, snuggling close to the old she-wolf. "Oh Nana, you can't leave me, not now," she whispered in the old wolf's ear. The white wolf lifted her tired head a small fraction and her voice was breathy and soft as she replied to her granddaughter. "Oh, Raziel. You mustn't mourn any longer. I want you to be happy" she had to pause to take a shaky breath, "and find love, dear one. Please, my dear granddaughter, my black rose," another pause, "I wish you would not mourn any longer and I hope you will not mourn me for too long. Please, R-" the old wolf coughed and heaved a breath before continuing. "Please Raziel. Go out if you must, leave the pack, but you must find someone and you must try to find love and happiness again. For me, my dear," she whispered the last bit and let her head fall back down. Raziel whimpered and nuzzled her grandmother gently, then a little more forcefully. The young black fea whimpered and whined when the white wolf did not respond to her efforts.

doing her best to follow her grandmother's wishes after her passing, the young black she-wolf said goodbye to her pack and left. she headed out into the dark one night and never looked back. she had to find somewhere new, somewhere without all those horrible memories. and so, she traveled far from her homeland and searched for some place new, for someone new. she was one her own for almost a year, doing her best to find happiness and not recall the sorrow she had left behind. moons would pass before she would open her heart to someone new.

it was not too long before the black she-wolf crossed paths with another lone wolf. this wolf was friendly and simply asked to join her as the other she-wolf was lonely. the young wolf greeted the new wolf kindly and allowed her to join. it turned out this new she-wolf was pregnant and had been separated from her mate. the pups were born not too long after she joined the quiet black she-wolf and they found that friendship came easily between them. the black she-wolf would hunt for her friend and help take care of the pups. it was just the two friends and the four growing pups for quite some time, until they ran into a group of three other wolves, all three brutes; brothers all about the age of the black she-wolf. at first there were two that seemed to think they could overpower the she-wolves, but the black wolf proved them wrong. they would try to control the two females, but both were stronger than the brutes thought. it was through one of these little skirmishes that the black she-wolf claimed the alpha rank in the small pack.
